Your expertise in office management and excellent communication skills will help create an efficient and positive workplace atmosphere.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet visitors, answer multi-line phone systems, and direct calls with professional phone etiquette.</li><li>Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling incoming inquiries.</li><li>Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management.</li><li>Oversee office supplies inventory, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the office environment is organized and well-stocked.</li><li>Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including basic invoicing and expense tracking.</li><li>Assist with calendar management for executives or team members, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments efficiently.</li><li>Provide customer service support by addressing client needs promptly and professionally while maintaining confidentiality.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or clerical roles within a professional environment.</li><li>Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate with diverse clients and team members.</li><li>Experience with multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, and phone etiquette is essential.</li><li>Knowledge of payroll, bookkeeping, and tax experience is preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing schedules accurately.</li><li>Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining professionalism.</li><li>Join us as an Office Administrator where your enthusiasm for organization meets your passion for supporting a thriving workplace!
