We&rsquo;re seeking a <b>Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)</b> to join our team and support our behavioral health workforce across the greater Los Angeles market (Burbank, Los Angeles, Whittier, Covina, Pasadena). This individual contributor role is ideal for an HR professional with strong employee relations, coaching and development, and compliance experience who thrives in fast-paced, people-centered environments.<br>

What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h3><br>
<ul>
<li>
Act as the primary HR partner for assigned business units, advising leaders on employee relations, performance, and compliance matters.</li>
<li>Manage <b>leave of absence (LOA)</b> cases, facilitate the <b>ADA interactive process</b>, and oversee <b>workers&rsquo; compensation</b> coordination.</li>
<li>Partner with managers on workforce planning, retention, and engagement strategies.</li>
<li>Use HR systems such as <b>ADP, Pinpoint, or comparable HRIS/ATS/ERM platforms</b> to maintain accurate data and streamline operations.</li>
<li>Provide onsite HR support at least three (3) days per week; remaining days may be worked from home.</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></h3><br>
<ul>
<li>
<b>5+ years of progressive HR experience</b> (advancing from HR Generalist into HRBP).</li>
<li>Experience with <b>LOA administration, ADA compliance, employee relations, workers&rsquo; compensation, coaching and development, and workforce planning.</b>
</li><li>Strong partnership skills supporting operations leaders.</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business, or related field required, or equivalent experience.</li>
<li><b>PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification</b> highly valued.</li>
<li>Experience in <b>behavioral health or medical industries</b> strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to travel locally across LA market sites.</li></ul><br>

About Holding Hands OpCo LLC</b></h3><div>
Holding Hands was founded in 2003. We currently have 5 clinics based throughout LA County (Burbank, Calabasas, Los Angeles, Whittier, &amp; Rosemead), plus we are opening at least 4 additional clinics this year! We serve over 1,500 neurodiverse individuals in the home, school, clinic, and community per week. We serve children, teens, and adults with various neurodiverse diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Anxiety, OCD, and related developmental and mental health needs.<br>
