The Vacation Sales Consultant is responsible for the direct sale of Holiday Inn Club Vacation ownership products to prospective purchasers to be delivered professionally and ethically. The primary duties of the Sales Consultant are to discover the prospective purchaser&rsquo;s needs &amp; interests and create a want to join the Holiday Inn Club Vacations program through a structured sales presentation. The Sales Consultant will advise clients on how being a HICV owner will provide added value to their lives and is prepared to address/overcome any questions or concerns while providing a quality customer service experience.</p>
<p><b>
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Conducts a guest presentation and tour as trained at scheduled times. Provides perspective owners a tour of the Sales Gallery, Resort Property, and Model Tour.</li>
<li>Attends training classes on an ongoing basis. Participates in demonstration/assessment rides scheduled with the Sales Managers and Sales Training Managers.</li>
<li>Ensures and/or performs coaching and action plans as provided by the assigned Sales Training Managers and/or Sales Managers. Explain the features and benefits of the points program and recommend the number of points to be purchased to address current and future vacation needs.</li>
<li>Delivers the utmost level of customer service to all guests and owners to ensure a great sales tour experience. Achieves personal and departmental written objectives as provided or determined throughout the fiscal year.</li>

<p><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS</b></p>

<li>Safely operate transportation shuttles and vans throughout the resort and designated local drop-off/pick-up locations, ensuring the safety of all guests and owners.</li>
<li>Assist guests with luggage, including lifting up to 75 lbs., and help them in and out of vehicles as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness of all transportation vehicles and perform basic upkeep; report any maintenance needs to the Engineering team.</li>

</p><p>The Contract Processor II position is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation and processing of contracts and all ancillary documents necessary to secure any type of sale. Additionally, this position is responsible for the daily update of demographic, sales personnel and marketing information. This position is also responsible for the verification of all deed, exchange program activity and financial information to ensure the integrity of applied equity and owner information.</p>

<p><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Responsible to ensure contract office is ready to facilitate the procurement of sales on a daily basis. These tasks include but are not limited to starting of computer systems to ensure operation, providing reference sheets to sales, and when necessary, assisting sales with price freeze certificate and equity lookups and assist with more complex equity sales.</li>
<li>Performs data entry for contract preparation, processing and printing for both Sales contracts and Latitudes contracts. Conducts deed verifications, usage and exchange verifications, and delinquency verifications; prepares documents for property transfers. Collects and posts outstanding balances for mortgages and Condo Association receivables in various software applications. Assists management with training.</li>
<li>Performs a pre-closing audit, a post-closing audit, and a final audit to ensure all contracts are within processing guidelines. and ready to be submitted for recording. Prepares and processes corrective documents. Provide notary services as needed.</li>
<li>Processes daily Sales deposits and runs reporting to ensure new revenue received balances with system information.</li>
<li>Create bank and corporate files for distribution.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>REQUIREMENTS:</b></p>

Contract Processor II

<div><p>This position is responsible for assisting with all inbound information requests to the resort from owners, guests, resort departments, personnel, and guest units. The PBX Guest Services Agent will respond to all inbound owner/guest requests or inquiries, internal service requests, and other information requests to ensure that all inquiries are addressed and resolved immediately to create a sense of urgency and importance to the experience of our owners and guests. This position will have a solid understanding of resort facilities and services, as well as possess a general knowledge of club ownership services, to properly facilitate information requests from club owners and guests to the proper department for the resolution of any concerns, requests, or issues.</p>
<p>
The PBX Guest Services Agent will efficiently distribute calls to various individuals and departments as needed to ensure a timely response to any information request and guest satisfaction. They will also track all calls and information requests, as well as assist all departments as needed to ensure that timely service requests are met. Additional responsibilities include communicating room anomalies, coordinating all communication between the proper personnel via phone or radio, and providing clerical support for the department. Other activities include monitoring staff assignment completion times for requests. The PBX Services Agent will confer with other departments to coordinate and follow up on all guest-related issues. You may be required to work at the front desk as a front desk agent.</p><br>
