Job Title: Event Operations ExecutiveLocation: Saket, New DelhiSalary: Up to &#8377;25,000 per monthWorking Days: 5 Days a WeekAbout the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the hospitality or event management industry. You will be responsible for end-to-end coordination and smooth execution of events, including weddings.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage overall event operations from planning to execution.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and services.</li><li>Handle logistics, setup, and on-site management during events.</li><li>Liaise with clients to understand requirements and ensure expectations are met.</li><li>Oversee wedding events, ensuring quality standards and smooth flow.</li><li>Maintain event budgets and timelines.</li><li>Resolve any on-ground issues quickly and effectively.</li><li>Prepare post-event reports and feedback.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in event management or hospitality.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.</li><li>Knowledge of local vendors and venues is a plus.</li><li>Flexible to work on weekends or late hours during events if required.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>5-day working week.</li><li>Collaborative and energetic work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;22,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
