Job Title: Sales ExecutiveLocation: Coimbatore &ndash; Holiday ResidencyExperience: 1+ YearsEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at Holiday Residency, Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have more than 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or service industry, with strong skills in client relationship management, lead generation and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive occupancy and revenue.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents and individual customers.</li><li>Handle inquiries, provide information about our services and convert leads into bookings.</li><li>Work closely with the reservations and front office team to ensure seamless guest experiences.</li><li>Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Conduct sales visits, presentations and participate in promotional activities/events.</li><li>Prepare regular sales reports and share market insights with management.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of competitors, market trends and customer needs.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).</li><li>Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales (hospitality/hotel sales experience is an added advantage).</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to build long-term client relationships.</li><li>Goal-oriented with proven track record of achieving sales targets.</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In personJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
