At Holiday World, we don&rsquo;t just sell RV&rsquo;s, we Create RV Life Experiences for our customers. We're looking for Sales Associates who are passionate about building relationships, closing deals, and earning an exceptional income in a supportive and high-performance environment.

What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Develop relationships with our customers</li>
<li>Listen to our customer&rsquo;s and help find their dream RV</li>
<li>Present and demonstrate inventory</li>
<li>Understand and implement the dealership sales process</li>
<li>Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to delivery)</li>
<li>Create and execute strategies for increasing market share</li>
<li>Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certifications through daily training</li>
<li>Follow-up with customers, including past customers</li>
<li>To maximize earning potential, you must be willing to work Saturdays.</li>
</ul>
What We're Looking For:
<ul>
<li>Proven sales experience preferred (automotive, powersports, or similar a plus!)</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li>
<li>Self-motivated, goal-driven, and team-oriented</li>
<li>Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays) and peak seasons</li>
</ul>
