The Accounts Payable Specialist plays an important role in supporting accurate and timely invoice processing, maintaining vendor documentation, and assisting in financial operations. This role helps ensure smooth payment cycles, clear communication with vendors, and organized recordkeeping&mdash;all while contributing to Holistic Industries' mission. 


Your Impact: 

<ul><li>Process and code vendor invoices accurately and on time.</li>
<li>Maintain up-to-date vendor records, documentation, and compliance forms.</li>
<li>Support regular payment cycles, including check runs and approvals.</li>
<li>Respond to vendor questions and resolve discrepancies quickly and professionally.</li>
<li>Assist with year-end reporting and cross-functional accounting tasks.</li>
<li>Help maintain a consistent and organized accounts payable workflow that supports operational efficiency.</li></ul> 


Your Strengths: 

<ul>
<li>3+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.</li>
<li>Strong accuracy and attention to detail, especially with data entry and coding.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Sage Intacct experience strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Clear and professional communication skills with a customer-service mindset.</li>
<li>Ability to manage deadlines, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>

<div>Role: Retail Marketing Director

Location: Remote

The Retail Marketing Director leads all national marketing efforts that drive traffic, awareness, and revenue across the Liberty dispensaries. This role oversees integrated marketing campaigns, digital and traditional media strategy, new-store launch communications, and market specific programming that elevates the Liberty brand. You'll be the connector between Holistic's retail teams, operations, and compliance to ensure every initiative is insight-driven and built to perform. 


Your Impact:
<ul><li>Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy to drive awareness, traffic, and conversion across the retail footprint.</li>
<li>Lead digital and traditional media strategy across SEO, SEM, programmatic display, and OOH.</li>
<li>Partner closely with Retail Operations and Brand Marketing to align promotional calendars and product priorities.</li>
<li>Oversee the development and creative execution of national omnichannel campaigns for key retail moments (4/20, holidays, new store openings, etc.).</li>
<li>Collaborate with the SVP of Marketing on budget planning, forecasting, and optimizing spend efficiency.</li>
<li>Manage external creative partners and lead the Retail Marketing Coordinator to support national retail initiatives.</li></ul>
