Job SummaryLooking for the right person to come work here and train as a Manager alongside me in my home based Holistic Pet Care online business.This is a part-time position to start, with the potential to grow over time as sales and business expands.I run an online e-commerce store centered around natural, holistic pet care. This work is rooted in a different way of thinking, supporting animals through using our HighVIbe Colloidal Silver for pets, teaching about raw food nutrition, simple natural remedies, and a more conscious, balanced lifestyle. So I&rsquo;m not just looking for skills, I&rsquo;m looking for someone who genuinely resonates with this approach and loves animals.You would be working closely with me, so it&rsquo;s important that we feel aligned and comfortable working together.A strong background in marketing is really important for this role. I&rsquo;m looking for someone who understands how to grow an online brand, whether that&rsquo;s through email marketing, social media, content creation, or improving product visibility. Experience with platforms like Klaviyo, social media content, and general e-commerce marketing would be very valuable.On the practical side, experience with e-commerce is needed, ideally BigCommerce. This includes managing products, helping with orders, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.There may also be some hands-on help with product preparation and some shop work as well.This position is best suited for someone who already has another source of income, as it&rsquo;s not yet a full-time role. Over time, there may be more opportunity as things grow.Most important to me is finding someone who is reliable, self-motivated, creative, and genuinely interested in a more natural, holistic lifestyle. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment while making a meaningful impact in the pet care industry.Duties May Include:<ul><li>Assist in managing and updating product listings on our e-commerce website using Big Commerce.</li><li>Implement SEO best practices utilizing SEO tools and keyword research to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.</li><li>Create compelling content for product descriptions, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media platforms to engage our audience.</li><li>Support social media marketing efforts by scheduling posts, managing social media accounts, and running Facebook Advertising campaigns.</li><li>Use Canva, Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Creative Suite to design graphics, banners, and promotional materials that align with brand identity.</li><li>Monitor website analytics with Google Analytics and Google AdWords to analyze performance metrics and optimize marketing strategies.</li><li>Assist in executing email marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools to nurture customer relationships and boost sales.</li><li>Collaborate on SEM (Search Engine Marketing) initiatives including Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic.</li><li>Contribute to performance marketing efforts by analyzing data, testing new strategies, and refining campaigns for better ROI.</li><li>Support the development of content creation projects that enhance brand visibility across digital channels.</li><li>Help maintain consistency across all digital platforms by managing content calendars and scheduling regular updates.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong familiarity with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEM strategies.</li><li>Skilled in graphic design using Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite; ability to create visually appealing graphics is essential.</li><li>Knowledge of social media management platforms including Facebook Advertising tools.</li><li>Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored for different audiences.</li><li>Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as conversion optimization, performance marketing, and marketing automation.</li><li>Prior experience in e-commerce environments or B2B (business-to-business) marketing is advantageous.</li><li>Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and improve campaign results.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Passionate about holistic pet care and eager to learn about industry trends and best practices.
