Holistic Wellness &amp; Psychiatry is seeking a Part-Time Local Marketing &amp; Content Coordinator to support growth and visibility in our Iowa market.We are an integrative psychiatry and functional medicine practice offering services including ketamine therapy, Spravato, KAP (ketamine-assisted psychotherapy), therapy, and medical care.This role is focused on consistent local marketing execution, content creation, and helping drive patient awareness and engagement &mdash; not just social media posting.Responsibilities<ul><li>Create and manage a simple monthly content calendar</li><li>Post consistently (3&ndash;5x/week) across Instagram and Facebook</li><li>Develop content focused on:</li><li>Ketamine/Spravato education</li><li>Mental health awareness</li><li>Provider highlights</li><li>Patient journey education (non-clinical)</li><li>Capture and/or coordinate basic photo/video content in clinic (as needed)</li><li>Support local outreach:</li><li>Events</li><li>Partnerships</li><li>Referral relationships</li><li>Promote workshops, new providers, and services</li><li>Engage with comments/messages in a professional manner</li><li>Coordinate with leadership and team for approvals and ideas</li><li>Track basic metrics (engagement, clicks, inquiries)</li></ul>This role is NOT responsible for:<ul><li>Website development</li><li>SEO strategy</li><li>Paid ads management</li><li>Advanced analytics</li></ul>(You will collaborate with our marketing and website team for these areas.)Ideal Candidate<ul><li>Experience managing social media for a business (healthcare/wellness preferred)</li><li>Strong writing and communication skills</li><li>Comfortable with Canva or similar tools</li><li>Able to take initiative and work independently</li><li>Organized and reliable</li><li>Interest in mental health, wellness, or integrative medicine</li><li>Local to Cedar Rapids or surrounding area strongly preferred</li></ul>Position Details<ul><li>5&ndash;10 hours per week to start</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Opportunity to grow into larger role if strong fit</li></ul>To ApplyPlease include:<ul><li>Resume</li><li>Short note on relevant experience</li><li>Examples of social media accounts or content you&rsquo;ve managed</li><li>Your hourly rate or compensation expectations</li></ul>Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hourApplication Question(s):<ul><li>&ldquo;Describe a business account you&rsquo;ve managed.
