Job OverviewWelcome to Holliewood Brows &amp; Beauty , a professional permanent makeup and esthetics studio specializing in Nano Brows, Lip Blushing, Lash Line Enhancement, and a variety of beauty services including waxing, threading, tinting, brow laminations, lash lifts, and more.We are currently seeking a motivated, professional beauty industry specialist to join our team. An open studio room is available for an individual who is client-focused, active on social media, and has an established clientele.We are open to expanding our service offerings; however, at this time, we are not hiring permanent makeup artists.Esthetician License preferred, but not requiredQualified candidates are invited to submit their resume to holliewoodbrows@gmail.com . Please include a brief introduction about yourself, your experience, and the value you would bring to our studio.Compensation is commission-based and will be discussed further during an in-person interview.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide high-quality esthetic and beauty services in a professional studio environment</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service</li><li>Promote services and engage with clients through social media platforms</li><li>Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the treatment room and equipment</li><li>Manage appointments, client communication, and scheduling professionally</li><li>Retain and grow an existing clientele while attracting new clients</li><li>Stay current on beauty industry trends, techniques, and products</li><li>Collaborate positively with the studio team and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere</li><li>Uphold studio policies, professionalism, and brand standards at all times</li><li>Assist in promoting new services, seasonal specials, and studio events when needed</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>Professional and friendly demeanor</li><li>Social media marketing and content creation experience</li><li>Ability to build and maintain client relationships</li><li>Time management and organizational skills</li><li>Knowledge of esthetic and beauty industry services and products</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently</li><li>Sales and client retention abilities</li><li>Attention to detail and cleanliness standards</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset</li><li>Experience with booking systems and client scheduling</li><li>Creative mindset with a passion for beauty and wellness</li></ul>Pay: $40.00 - $100.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
