<div><b>Job Summary</b></div>
<div>The Plastics CNC Router Operator is responsible for operating CNC routing equipment within our Plastics Division to produce quality parts according to specifications. This position will primarily route a standard product line, but will also assist with other routing and production needs as assigned. This is an entry-level, trainable position. We are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. The right candidate pays attention to measurements, takes pride in their work, and improves over time by learning from mistakes.</div>
<p></p><div><b>Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Operate CNC router equipment to produce parts according to work instructions and specifications</li>
<li>Route standard product line components with attention to detail to ensure clean cuts and minimal de-burring</li>
<li>Assist with additional routing and production tasks as needed</li>
<li>Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure and calipers</li>
<li>Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met</li>
<li>Identify and correct errors to prevent repeated mistakes</li>
<li>Safely use hand routers and other hand tools as required</li>
<li>Maintain an organized and safe work area</li>
<li>Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards</li>
<li>Support team members to keep production moving efficiently</li>

<div><b>Required</b></div>
<ul><li>Ability to read a tape measure accurately</li>
<li>Ability to use calipers to verify measurements</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to follow written and verbal instructions</li>
<li>Dependable attendance and strong work ethic</li>
<li>Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.</li>

<ul><li>Previous CNC router experience</li>
<li>Woodworking or cabinet-building experience</li>
<li>Experience using hand routers or other hand tools</li>
<li>Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment</li>
