Compensation:</b> The base salary for this position is <b>$70,000 plus per year</b>. Position Summary:</b></p><div>
This position is responsible for the provision of mental health services for referred individuals, including conducting diagnostic assessments, providing individual/group/family therapy, and completion of associated clinical documentation. Collaboration with external stakeholders (e.g., school districts) is an essential aspect of this role.</div><div>

Essential Job Function:</b></div><ul><li>
Actively adhere to the six core principles of trauma informed care and promotes a trauma informed culture.</li><li>
Responsible for clinical service provision (e.g., individual, group, and family therapy services; diagnostic assessments) and management of a caseload as directed by supervisor and indicated by agency need.</li><li>
Responsible for meeting agency utilization expectations.</li><li>
Responsible for completion of clinical paperwork within agency timelines.</li><li>
Responsible for active participation in team meetings, staff meetings, and continuing education courses as indicated by licensure.</li><li>
Adheres to ethical standards of professionalism including maintaining confidentiality of each client and their family, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and agency policies.</li><li>
Prioritizes client care, focusing on delivering evidence based best practices, resulting in optimal clinical outcomes for clients.</li><li>
Seeks to fulfill Holly Hill&rsquo;s mission by providing quality services to clients served.</li><li>
Participates in Holly Hill&rsquo;s Performance Quality Improvement (PQI) activities as assigned.</li></ul><div><b>
Job Requirements:</b></div><ul><li>
Master&rsquo;s degree in counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, social work, or related mental health field.</li><li>
Licensure in the State of KY (LPCA, LPCC, CSW, LCSW, MFT, LMFT)</li><li>
Must meet Medicaid requirement for Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) or BHP under clinical supervision.</li><li>
Knowledge of mental health diagnosis (DSM V-TR) and ability to effectively utilize a range of therapeutic techniques.</li><li>
Requires excellent written and oral communication skills.</li><li>
Must be able to independently manage time and be flexible.</li><li>
Provide treatment services while maintaining clear, professional boundaries.</li><li>
Experience working with children and/or families in a clinical setting is preferred</li></ul><p><b><br>
