 Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and develop relationships with property buyers, sellers, and investors in Riyadh.

 Provide expert advice on real estate market trends, pricing, and property valuations.
 </li>

 Collaborate with developers and agencies to source and list prime properties and guide clients through the home buying process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay up to date with Saudi Arabia&rsquo;s real estate regulations, trends, and policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide ongoing support to clients even after the sale, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.

 Negotiate deals and contracts while ensuring client satisfaction.
 </li>

 Requirements:

 Proven experience
 
 as a real estate agent or broker in the Riyadh market.

 <li>
 Strong knowledge of Riyadh&rsquo;s residential and commercial real estate sectors.

 <li>
 Excellent network of property owners, developers, and buyers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Saudi Arabia&rsquo;s real estate regulations and legal processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced digital-first environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Arabic fluency and English proficiency required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid Saudi real estate license
 </li>
