<div>As the Territory Manager (TM) here at Hologic, you will lead the way to achieve year on year growth within your territory for our GYN Surgical portfolio inclusive of NovaSure&trade; global endometrial ablation and MyoSure&trade; tissue removal systems. Your success will expand our geographical reach, helping thousands of people to live healthier, longer lives whilst simultaneously developing your personal brand as an expert in the medical device field. You will achieve this by:
<ul><li>Executing sales calls, build rapport, and develop presentations to surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, hospital administration, payers, insurers, health-care providers, and others necessary to achieve territory sales objectives</li>
<li>Sculpting the strategic business plan to maximize Hologic&rsquo;s market share. You will develop and manage sales funnels to analyze, track and provide accurate forecasts.</li>

Surgical Territory Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Leads the detection and prevention of non-conformances to improve business results in terms of service costs, customer uptime, service vendor and process compliance</li>
<li>Partners with Operations to aid in enhancing installation first pass yield and reduce out of box failures</li>
<li>Monitors and analyzes service performance trends for key quality metrics and establishes appropriate control measures</li>
<li>Coordinates with Operations, R&amp;D, and Regulatory to conduct risk analysis of non-conformances found at installation and drives collaboration and communication for issue resolution through CAPAs, non-conforming material risk analysis, design verification and validations</li>
<li>Reviews returned material from installation and verifies non-conformances through root cause analysis; develops and executes action plan to address discrepancies; communicates with the manufacturer as required</li>
<li>Facilitates resolution of MRB issues leading to reduction in number of parts and components used in the provision of service</li>
<li>Performs statistical analysis to assess the cost of, and determine the responsibility for parts and components that do not meet required standards and specifications</li>
<li>Supports product field action initiatives</li>
<li>Prepares and maintains a variety of reports; data trending; manages documentation control systems</li>
<li>Leads external and internal quality audits</li>
<li>Conducts quality audits and evaluations</li>
<li>Communicates and resolves QC issues with Field Service on a day-to-day basis</li>
<li>Participates in the selection of install/service vendors for the Division</li>

Required Qualifications and Experience:

<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (B.S.) in engineering (electrical, mechanical, software, or computer) required. M.S. preferred, with 5 - 8 years related industry experience</li>
<li>Quality Engineer certification preferred</li>
<li>Commitment to excellence and high standards, with strong organizational and analytical skills</li>
<li>Possesses strong understanding of core process methodologies and problem-solving techniques related to primary role</li>
<li>Possesses ability to generate and explain detailed proposals, guidelines, and procedures for the Quality Engineering functions to departmental and/or non-departmental personnel.</li>

<div>The Quality Design Engineer II is responsible for executing design changes, product enhancements, and quality projects. This role ensures strategic and quality goals are achieved through technical design investigation, root cause analysis, and compliance with regulatory standards. The Quality Design Engineer drives process and product improvements by analyzing post-market data, customer feedback, and field investigations, and works collaboratively across departments to ensure products remain safe, compliant, and meet customer expectations.

<ul><li>Responsible for design changes, product enhancements, and quality projects, including related testing, assuring product inputs are clearly identified, and design verification and validation activities are appropriate and compliant to confirm input requirements are met.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage product design changes related to quality projects by troubleshooting product, process, and component issues related to complaints and customer experience.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Develop solutions to design, process, and quality issues through engineering principles, analysis, and empirical methods, identifying possible root causes as part of verification and validation activities.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Work collaboratively with R&amp;D, PQE, and RA to coordinate design elements of risk management files to ensure compliance with applicable standards and internal policies.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Support PMQA in performing complaint investigations and root cause analysis for product returns.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Support the PQE team as needed for testing or documentation required for investigations and corrective actions or product/process improvements.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Design and prototype fixtures and establish methods to support design verification/validation activities and testing.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Develop test methods, protocols, and reports for design verification, validation, and process validation activities related to quality projects.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Execute protocols and laboratory notebook studies, maintaining accurate records of testing strategies and outcomes.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Support completion of Design History File documentation per FDA and other compliance requirements.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordinate work with outside vendors and internal personnel, including material procurement and testing.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Interact with internal and external customers to resolve quality issues related to complaints and/or customer experience.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Prepare complete project documents, including engineering reports and verification/validation documentation; review documents for conformity and quality assurance.</li></ul>

Qualifications

Education
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in engineering, scientific discipline, or related field (BSME, BSEE, etc.)</li></ul>

Experience
<ul><li>At least 3 years experience, in a medical device process and/or product development environment.</li></ul>

Skills
<ul><li>Experience with FDA Quality Systems Regulation, especially Design Control requirements, ISO 13485, ISO 14971 (Risk Management), and Medical Devices Directive.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to work effectively and collaboratively on project teams</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong knowledge of root cause failure analysis, statistical methods, and design of experiments.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Competency in statistical analysis and tools (MiniTab preferred).</li></ul>

Quality Design Engineer 2

<div>Job Summary:

The Sr. Post Market Quality Specialist performs statistical analysis of complaint and post market data for assigned Hologic product families, identifying trends, emerging signals, and opportunities for quality improvement. The Specialist owns and leads the Post Market Surveillance Review Boards (PMS RBs), presenting product performance metrics, trend summaries, and identified signals requiring follow up.

Working in close partnership with Product Quality Engineers (PQEs), the Specialist supports moderate complaint investigations by providing high quality data analysis, code review, and early signal assessment to inform cross functional decisions. The role maintains and reconciles PMS datasets, contributes complaint data for required PMS documentation, and serves as the primary point of contact for complaint related analytics.

Qualifications:
