Reporting to the Chief Security Officer/Global Head of EHS and sitting on the EHS Leadership Team, you'll lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of best-in-class EHS programs tailored to local regulatory environments and operational needs. Senior Advisor, Environment, Health and Safety

IP Paralegal Role: Hologic is seeking an IP paralegal to support the in-house IP department Location: Marlborough Campus; Hybrid Schedule: requires 2 days on site (T, W, Th) Focus Areas / Businesses supported: Responsibilities of this role include the following: <ul> <li>Maintain and oversee the docket for U.S. and foreign patent and trademark portfolios, generate docket reports, and lead docketing meetings with attorneys to ensure timely communication and instructions to outside counsel.</li> <li>Support Patent Review Boards by gathering agenda items, distributing agendas, attending the meetings, keeping meeting notes, and maintaining filing decision lists.</li> <li>Maintain and organize patent and trademark files, ensuring that all records are accurate and properly stored. </li> <li>Prepare, coordinate signatures for, and file formal documents (e.g., assignment and declaration documents) with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. </li> <li>Coordinate filing activities with U.S. and foreign counsel including managing timely citation of prior art in IDS filings.</li> <li>Collaborate with other IP paralegals on projects related to IP projects, database management, policies, and procedures.</li> <li>Oversee intake and transfer of patent and trademark portfolios to Hologic due to acquisition, including auditing records for accuracy in coordination with outside counsel.</li> </ul> Education and Experience: <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree</li> <li> 2-5 years of IP administrative experience, including coordinating U.S. and international patent and trademark filings. </li> <li> Proven detail orientation and accuracy of work </li> <li> With guidance, able to prioritize work during times of high volume and simultaneous deadlines. </li> <li> Working knowledge of USPTO, PCT, and foreign rules and regulations for patents and trademarks. </li> <li>Experience and knowledge of one or more IP management systems (e.g., Anaqua, CPI, Foundation IP, etc.).</li> <li>proficiency in Microsoft office including Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.</li> <li>Ability to effectively interface with U.S. Patent and Trademark Office website regarding trademark and patent matters </li> <li>A self-starter, great work ethic, high attention to detail, responsive, adaptable, and collaborative.</li> <li>Demonstrates a "can do" attitude and initiative to assist on a variety of projects.</li> <li>Team player attributes to ensure effective collaboration and communication within the team and cross functionally. </li> <li>Must be available to support teams located in different time zones. </li> </ul> Ready to make a difference in women's health?
