 The Systems Engineer is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise systems and applications, with a focus on Liferay, Odoo, Maximo, and Java-based platforms. The role ensures system availability, performance, integration, and continuous improvement to support business operations.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Systems Administration
 
 
 <ul>

 Install, configure, and maintain enterprise systems including Liferay, Odoo, and Maximo.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high system availability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform upgrades, patches, and release deployments for supported applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage user access, permissions, and security configurations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain system documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Application Support &amp; Development
 
 
 <ul>

 Provide operational support for Java-based applications, including troubleshooting and performance optimization.

 Support application integration, APIs, and data flows between systems.

 Work with development teams to support customizations, extensions, and new features.

 Develop and maintain scripts or automation tools to improve operational efficiency.

 Required Skills &amp; Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 2&ndash;4 years experience supporting enterprise applications and systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge and hands-on experience with:
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Liferay DXP
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Odoo
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Maximo
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Java-based applications
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Linux/Windows OS administration.

 Basic understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
 </li>

 Experience with system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
 </li>

 The Network &amp; Unified Communication (UC) Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing enterprise network and unified communication infrastructure. This role ensures secure, reliable, and high-performance connectivity across LAN/WAN/wireless, voice, video, and collaboration platforms, supporting business continuity and productivity.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design, deploy, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and wireless technologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage network performance, availability, and capacity; perform proactive monitoring and tuning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot and resolve complex L2/L3 network issues, outages, and performance problems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer network services such as DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, VLANs, routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP), and WAN technologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and maintain network security controls including ACLs, content filtering, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and segmentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain detailed network documentation including configurations, diagrams, asset inventory, and change logs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support network upgrades, migrations, and patching activities under change-management processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deploy, manage, and support Unified Communication platforms such as Cisco CUCM, Webex, Microsoft Teams, and VoIP solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage voice gateways, SBCs, SIP trunks, voicemail, call routing, and related UC infrastructure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor UC service availability, voice/video quality, and platform performance; troubleshoot service issues and quality degradation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage integration between UC solutions and enterprise applications (e.g., Active Directory, call-center systems).
 </li>
 <li>
 Support implementation of video conferencing, contact-center solutions, and collaboration tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain UC system documentation, dial plans, configurations, and operational procedures.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Required Experience &amp; Skills (Sim
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2&ndash;4 years of hands-on experience in network and unified communication support.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, and basic protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience supporting and troubleshooting VoIP/UC platforms (e.g., Cisco CUCM, Webex, or Microsoft Teams).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to configure and troubleshoot VPNs, firewalls, and wireless networks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of SIP, call routing, voice gateways, and video conferencing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiar with network/UC monitoring and ticketing tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 CCNA or equivalent knowledge is preferred.
