<p><b>
Requirements:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist the lead installer with measuring, cutting, and fitting glass panels to specification</li>
<li>Safely load, unload, and transport glass materials on job sites</li>
<li>Prepare work areas drop cloths, protecting surfaces, clearing obstacles</li>
<li>Handle and position glass using suction cups, dollies, and other lifting equipment</li>
<li>Apply caulk, sealants, and adhesives as directed by the lead installer</li>
<li>Install hardware such as hinges, handles, brackets, and tracks</li>
<li>Clean glass surfaces and inspect finished installations for quality</li>
<li>Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition</li>
<li>Keep job sites clean and organized throughout the workday</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED preferred</li>
<li>Valid driver's license &amp; clean MVR</li>
<li>Ability to pass a background check</li>
<li>Ability to pass a drug screen</li>
<li>Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and handle large glass panels</li>
<li>Comfortable working at heights and on ladders</li>
<li>Basic hand tool knowledge and mechanical aptitude</li>
<li>Willing to cross-train in the bathroom installation department and assist with bathroom remodels as needed</li>

About the Role</b></h2>
<p>
Re-Bath is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our Corporate Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, collaborating across departments, and supporting marketing initiatives that impact a nationwide franchise network.</p>
<p>
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you'll help coordinate projects, support franchise marketing programs, maintain marketing resources, and ensure marketing operations run efficiently. This is a fast-paced position that offers a wide variety of responsibilities and opportunities to contribute to the continued growth of the Re-Bath brand.</p>

Responsibilities</b></h2>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Marketing Operations</b></h3>
<ul><li>Manage the onboarding and approval process for marketing vendors while ensuring quality and brand compliance.</li>
<li>Manage the marketing inbox by responding to franchise inquiries, providing process guidance, and directing requests to the appropriate team members.</li>
<li>Maintain and organize marketing materials, reports, and resources, including the RB Market online marketplace.</li>
<li>Coordinate with vendors to manage and distribute marketing collateral for franchise locations.</li>
<li>Monitor marketing compliance to ensure consistent brand standards and customer messaging across the franchise network.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Reporting &amp; Project Coordination</b></h3>
<ul><li>Compile, organize, and summarize marketing data into reports, presentations, graphs, and dashboards.</li>
<li>Assist with marketing projects by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and communications.</li>
<li>Update marketing manuals, franchise marketing guides, and other support materials.</li>
<li>Assist with video, print, promotional, and training projects.</li>
<li>Provide training and support to small groups on marketing programs and resources.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Lead Management &amp; Communications</b></h3>
<ul><li>Manage lead routing by assigning unallocated leads to the appropriate territories.</li>
<li>Partner with the Digital/CRM Team to resolve lead routing issues.</li>
<li>Draft and distribute internal newsletters, announcements, and marketing communications.</li>
<li>Provide occasional support for social media content and online reputation management.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h2>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.</li>
<li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in a marketing department, advertising agency, or related marketing role.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong proofreading skills and exceptional attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to analyze marketing data and prepare reports and presentations.</li>
<li>Resourceful, dependable, and proactive with strong problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Comfortable collaborating with internal teams, franchise owners, vendors, and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office.</li>

<ul><li>Experience supporting both B2B and B2C marketing initiatives.</li>
<li>Experience with graphic design, digital marketing, or social media.</li>
