We are a growing home inspection company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to help manage client calls, texts, emails, and appointment scheduling.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, organization, and fast-paced communication. You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients and real estate agents.ScheduleThis position requires availability during the following times:<ul><li>Saturday: 9:00 AM &ndash; 4:00 PM</li><li>3 weekday evenings: 2p &ndash; 7p or 4 weekday evenings: 3p - 7p</li></ul>Total hours will typically be around 20-25 hours per week.Consistency and reliability with these hours is very important.Responsibilities<ul><li>Answer incoming phone calls from home buyers and real estate agents</li><li>Respond to text messages and email inquiries</li><li>Schedule home inspections using our scheduling software</li><li>Add services such as sewer scopes and other inspection add-ons</li><li>Confirm appointments and ensure scheduling details are accurate</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and clear communication</li><li>Escalate unusual situations when needed</li></ul>QualificationsWe are looking for someone who is:<ul><li>Friendly and professional on the phone</li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Comfortable multitasking and handling multiple conversations</li><li>Reliable and punctual</li><li>Comfortable learning new software systems</li><li>Able to communicate clearly with clients and real estate professionals</li></ul>Customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience is a plus.Compensation<ul><li>$17/hour</li><li>Monthly bonus opportunities based on company inspection volume</li><li>Flexible remote work environment</li></ul>About Our CompanyWe work with home buyers and real estate agents throughout Central Texas to provide professional home inspections.
