 As part of Home Chef's Marketing team, the Content Creator will focus on creating short-form social media content. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop engaging video content that enhances our brand's presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable both shooting and editing dynamic content. Basic video editing skills, an eye for social media trends, quick thinking, and a passion for storytelling are essential for success in this fast-paced, collaborative environment.
 
 
 
 Detailed Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 Video Creation:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Collaborate with the social media team to develop innovative video concepts and ideas that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives

 Help create shot lists, storyboard, shoot and direct short-form original content

 Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro + After Effects editing software to edit high-quality videos that engage our target audience across various social media channels

 Optimize videos for different social media platforms by adhering to their specific formatting and duration requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively seek feedback from team members and incorporate suggestions to improve the quality and effectiveness of video content

 Cross functional collaboration

 Using the social media research, actively participate in standing bi-weekly and monthly digital content brainstorms led by Home Chef's brand strategy and creative teams

 Use Home Chef priorities and insights from previous campaigns to develop videos that align with Home Chef's goals

 Asset + Footage Organization and Maintenance
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Systematically label and organize raw footage, edited versions, and final cuts in an intuitive file structure for easy retrieval
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all media assets follow consistent naming conventions to streamline collaboration and avoid confusion
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain organized libraries of footage, graphics, sound effects, and other assets, making them readily available for future projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule and manage regular backups of all footage and project files to protect against data loss
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with editors, producers, and creatives to ensure that all footage is properly stored and shared according to project timelines and needs
 
 
 </li>

 Understand social media user trends and preferences and ensure Home Chef's social media presence resonates with consumers

 Qualifications

 Home Chef is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Attorney to join our legal team on a full-time basis. The Attorney will be a key member of the team, responsible for providing comprehensive legal support on a wide array of contractual matters, ensuring compliance, and strategically mitigating risk as well as leading the .  Detailed Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 Contract Review and Active Management:

 Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a diverse range of commercial contracts, including but not limited to vendor agreement, service agreements, consulting agreements, partnership agreements, real estate leases and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).

 Ensure all contracts are in full compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and company policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively identify and analyze potential legal and business risks associated with contractual terms and provide strategic advice to internal stakeholders.
 </li>

 Collaborate closely with various departments, including marketing, product, finance, operations, tech, and human resources, to ensure contracts align with business objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop, maintain, and update standard contract templates, clauses, and negotiation playbooks to improve efficiency and consistency.

 <li>
 Conduct thorough legal research on complex contract law issues and related areas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide training and guidance to internal teams on contract-related matters.

 <li>
 Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as a legal subject matter expert.
