Job Title: HR RecruiterLocation: Noida Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1&ndash;4 Years Industry: Interior/Construction Working Days: 6 daysAbout the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring processes, ensure talent pipeline development, and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, hands-on experience with sourcing strategies, and the ability to evaluate candidates efficiently.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.</li><li>Understand manpower requirements and develop effective job descriptions and hiring plans.</li><li>Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, internal databases, and other channels.</li><li>Conduct telephonic HR screening, coordinate interviews, and follow up with hiring managers.</li><li>Maintain and update recruitment tracking sheets and reports.</li><li>Execute mass hiring, niche hiring, and urgent hiring needs as required.</li><li>Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements.</li><li>Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.</li><li>Support onboarding activities and documentation when required.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as an HR Recruiter (agency or in-house).</li><li>Strong understanding of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.</li><li>Strong organizational and reporting skills.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance incentives.</li><li>Growth-oriented work culture.</li><li>Opportunities to work closely with leadership teams.</li><li>Exposure to various functional roles and hiring strategies.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;9,537.35 - &#8377;30,447.49 per monthWork Location: In person
