We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Outdoor Sales Agent to represent our furniture brand in the market. Similar to real estate property field agents, this role requires active fieldwork , meeting potential clients, interior designers, offices, and house owners to generate leads and close sales for furniture products.Location : Bahria-DHATiming : 11am-7pmKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Actively prospect for new clients in assigned areas (corporates, builders, architects, interior designers, retail customers).</li><li>Visit leads at offices, homes, and project sites to present furniture catalogues and product options.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, cold calls, and referrals.</li><li>Conduct product demos, share fabric samples, and explain customization options.</li><li>Negotiate prices, payment terms, and close deals according to company targets.</li><li>Collaborate with showroom and logistics team for order processing and delivery.</li><li>Keep management updated with daily visits, leads generated, and sales achieved.</li><li>Monitor competitors&rsquo; offerings and provide market intelligence.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum education: Intermediate / Bachelor&rsquo;s preferred.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of sales experience (property, insurance, appliances, furniture, or related industries).</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Urdu and English.</li><li>Must own a bike/motorcycle (fuel allowance will be provided).</li><li>Target-driven and comfortable working independently in the field.</li><li>Presentable personality with ability to build trust and long-term relationships.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Fixed monthly salary + high commission on sales.</li><li>Fuel &amp; mobile allowance.</li><li>Staff discounts on furniture items.</li><li>Clear growth path to Senior Sales Executive / Corporate Accounts Manager.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per monthWillingness to travel:<ul><li>100% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
