What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Oversee all aspects of store operations to boost sales, control expenses, and minimize shrink and damages. This includes merchandise presentation, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.</li><li>
Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers. Act as a role model and provide individualized development for Assistant Store Managers to ensure their readiness for promotion to Store Manager positions.</li><li>
Develop and implement creative plans to increase store sales. Suggest recommendations to the District Manager on merchandise mix, inventory levels, and customer demographics. Provide insights on competition analysis, including pricing, presentation, and customer service.</li><li>
Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities and ensure compliance with company programs, procedures, and policies to minimize risk and expenses. Review store reports, conduct walkthroughs, audits, and hold program meetings with Associates.</li><li>
Ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience by maintaining high standards in customer service and merchandise presentation. Develop and communicate action plans for store initiatives, identifying projects, targets, and priorities.</li></ul>
About You:<ul><li>
A minimum of 3-5 years of retail experience as a Store or District Manager in dynamic, high-volume environments, who has successfully managed and driven significant sales revenue.</li><li>
Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team, with strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-through skills.</li><li>
Strong leadership skills focused on collaboration, problem-solving, and empowering diverse teams to make effective decisions.</li><li>
Outstanding organizational and communication skills, adept at mentoring and providing feedback.</li><li>
Comprehensive knowledge of store operations, including customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.</li></ul>

Join our dynamic Store Operations team as a Reporting &amp; Analysis Manager, where you will lead the charge in transforming data into strategic insights that drive performance, optimize costs, and influence executive decision-making. If you are passionate about data, reporting, business insights, and cross-functional collaboration, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact. This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in our Framingham, MA offices.
What you will do:<ul><li>
Design and implement data strategies, dashboards, and models that turn raw data into easily understandable, actionable insights.</li><li>
Lead the migration of HomeGoods|Homesense store operations reporting, showcasing new capabilities to field and executive teams.</li><li>
Oversee the development of a reporting roadmap to manage the seamless rollout of reports and future enhancements.</li><li>
Train and support users across leadership levels on dashboard functionality and reporting tools.</li><li>
Collaborate with IT to ensure data integrity and seamless integration into the Enterprise Data Warehouse.</li><li>
Maintain and enhance existing reports, ensuring timely updates and comprehensive data views.</li><li>
Drive process improvement through a Store Ops Center of Excellence focused on automation and efficiency.</li><li>
Support budgeting and forecasting efforts with scenario planning and ad hoc reporting.</li></ul>
What You Bring:<ul><li>
5&ndash;7 years of experience in business planning, reporting, and analysis, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, understanding of store operations, workforce planning, and P&amp;L management strongly preferred</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Finance, or related field</li><li>
Prior experience leading teams and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines</li><li>
Strong communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills</li><li>
Proven ability to build relationships, influence, coach, and collaborate across teams</li><li>
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with experience reporting on large data sets</li><li>
Strong technical skills including advanced Excel and working knowledge of data visualization tools including Power BI, comfortable embracing new technologies</li><li>
Proven experience leveraging data to influence and tell the business story
