The Opportunity: Grow Your Career</b></p><p>
Administrative Support</p><ul><li>
Gathers, tabulates and reports weekly Store/District information accurately and timely (e.g. payroll taxation, labor payouts, shift differentials, new hires, terminations, LOA)</li><li>
Maintains office organization</li><li>
Tracks, reports, requests store information for multiple DM&rsquo;s and DLPM&rsquo;s</li><li>
Monitors, validates follows up on Reflexis and e-forms compliance for multiple Districts</li><li>
Conducts exception based follow up on hourly associate payroll payouts over guidelines</li><li>
Assists with special projects as outlined by the DM&rsquo;s and DLPM&rsquo;s (e.g., new store opening events, coordinate logistics for management meetings)</li></ul><p>
Expense Control</p><ul><li>
Submits quarterly reports as outlined in the Expense Control Guide</li><li>
Monitors Districts&rsquo; expenses through the utilization of expense control reports and communicates concerns to appropriate DM or DLPM</li><li>
Follows-up on exception information provided to the Stores by the expense control department</li><li>
Ensures the effective redistribution of excess supplies and fixtures throughout the District</li><li>
Monitors and orchestrates exception request for third party vendors and communicates with Building Services</li></ul><p>
Human Resources</p><ul><li>
Compiles and validates management vacation schedules. Communicates any concerns with the appropriate DM</li><li>
Forwards any AR issues or concerns to the DM or HRBP&rsquo;s</li><li>
Orders materials for hiring events and new store opening collateral</li><li>
Pulls Oracle reports as requested by DM&rsquo;s and DLPM&rsquo;s</li></ul><p>
District Loss Prevention Support</p><ul><li>
Gathers and reports non-confidential LP Store/District information (e.g. stats, itinerary, LP schedules)</li><li>
Assists with the ordering of supplies for LP training and daily operations</li></ul><p>
Communication</p><ul><li>
Communicates accurately, professionally, and timely with the Stores, Regional office and Zone office when obtaining and/or reporting information</li><li>
Fields customer and Associate inquires and schedules subsequent calls/meetings as needed for the DM</li></ul><p>
Inventive Programs</p><ul><li>
Administers, monitors and supports Associate motivation programs as determined by Home Office (e.g., Service Awards, Service Award Luncheons, Associate of the Quarter including taxability, iCare and tip line calls)</li></ul><p>
Non Essential Job Functions</p><p>

Flex Shift: Sunday 10:00am-6:30m; Monday-Thursday 12:00pm-8:30pm</b></div><div></div><div><b>

Essential Job Functions:</div><div></div><ul><li>
Verifies Start and Stop times in the PATS system for all associates daily.</li><li>
Reviews each associate's activity to identify and accurate issues with data interfaced from SCAN.</li><li>
Keys in In-direct time from the logs ensure that in-direct time is accurate and does not compromise the data integrity of all assignments.</li><li>
Analyzes/manipulates raw data and generates all vital reports to build assignments in PATS.</li><li>
Stores all unstained data appropriately to meet data retention requirements.</li><li>
Keys in exception and adjustment logs, ensure they are turned in for each associate every day, and reports any issues to area supervisors.</li><li>
Monitors that all logs are returned to the supervisor for correction and are turned back into the office promptly.</li><li>
Archives all production and in-direct logs to meet payroll record retention requirements.</li><li>
Trains as a backup to the PATS/IT Supervisor for the Payroll Extraction process.</li><li>
Performs routine maintenance within the PATS application to ensure accurate operation and upkeep.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Minimum Requirements:</div><ul><li>
One-year related business experience with PC experience required.</li><li>
Excellent Interpersonal experience.</li><li>
Good attention to detail.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills.</li><li>
Knowledge of DC internal operations and procedures desired.</li><li>
Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.</li><li>
LMS Clerk needs to have analytical skills and Problem-Solving experience.</li><li>
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is <b><i>required</i></b>.</li><li>
This position <b><i>requires</i></b> a flexible schedule, i.e., overtime/split shift.</li><li>
Ability to work with limited supervision</li><li>
This position needs the ability to connect with all levels of the organization effectively.</li><li>
Must maintain a high level of confidentiality
