A True Hunter Role in Senior Living Sales<br>

This is a <b>full-cycle, outside sales role</b> built for someone who can generate referrals, manage a pipeline, and <b>close move-ins consistently</b>. You will call on <b>hospitals, SNFs, TCUs, case managers, social workers, and community partners</b> to drive leads, then guide families through tours and decisions at our Waconia and Elmore communities.</div><p></p><p><br>
Unlike many senior living roles focused on inbound leads, this position requires <b>proactive outreach, relationship building, and conversion discipline</b>. You are not just selling a unit, you are helping families find care, often in situations where options are limited.</p><p></p><div><br>

What You Will Own<br>
</div><ul><li>Build referral relationships with <b>hospitals, nursing facilities, TCUs, county workers, and social services</b>.</li><li>Generate qualified leads for <b>assisted living and memory care placements</b>.</li><li>Convert referrals into <b>tours, and tours into move-ins</b>.</li><li>Guide families through <b>decision-making, care needs, and next steps</b>.</li><li>Maintain a consistent pipeline with <b>fast follow-up and strong organization</b>.</li><li>Represent Sunflower Communities at <b>networking events and referral meetings</b>.</li><li>Track <b>lead sources, tour activity, conversion rates, and move-in outcomes</b>.</li></ul><p></p><div><br>
What We Are Looking For<br>
</div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration or related field required.</li><li>Background in <b>medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, DME, senior living, home care, hospice, or healthcare sales</b> preferred.</li><li>Proven ability to <b>generate net-new business and close consistently</b>.</li><li>Strong comfort asking for the <b>tour, the commitment, and the move-in decision</b>.</li><li>Experience managing a pipeline with <b>multiple families at different stages</b>.</li><li>Understanding of <b>sales metrics, conversion rates, and follow-up discipline</b>.</li><li>Willingness to travel across <b>Waconia, Elmore, and surrounding referral markets</b>.</li></ul><p></p><div><br>
