This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced environment where creativity and data-driven decision-making are valued.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with company goals, focusing on increasing online visibility</li><li>social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital channels that resonate with target audiences.</li><li>Oversee content management systems such as WordPress to update and maintain website content efficiently.</li><li>Plan, implement, and monitor paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads (including Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other social media channels to maximize ROI.</li><li>Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms to track campaign performance, analyze data trends, and generate actionable insights.</li><li>Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and user experience enhancements.</li><li>Manage social media marketing efforts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and growing community presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.</li><li>Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to produce visually appealing digital assets for campaigns.</li><li>Implement email marketing strategies using automation tools to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement.</li><li>Stay current with the latest trends in digital marketing including SEM (Search Engine Marketing), performance marketing, e-commerce strategies, and emerging technologies like JavaScript or SQL for advanced tracking or customization needs.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across multiple channels.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other paid media platforms.</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO principles including on-page optimization,</li><li>Skilled in content creation including copywriting that is clear, persuasive, and aligned with brand voice.</li><li>Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress or similar platforms for website updates.</li><li>Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic website editing; familiarity with JavaScript or SQL is a plus for data analysis or customization tasks.</li><li>Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and user behavior insights.</li><li>Ability to utilize marketing automation software for email campaigns and lead nurturing workflows.</li><li>Competence in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite for creating visual assets.</li><li>Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: ContractPay: From $1,000.00 per monthWork Location: Hybrid remote in Leesburg, VA 20175
