Job description:Visit patients&rsquo; home for performing clinical trial assessments as prescribed in the clinical study Protocol.&middot; Perform all assessments and procedures in accordance with the ICH GCP guidelines and local regulations.&middot; Monitoring of vital signs during home care; blood pressure, heart rate, recording of ECG, temperature and oximeter statistics&middot; Monitoring of blood glucose levels&middot; Complete evaluation tasks, including identifying changes in medication and vital signs.&middot; Administer Investigational Products to the patient according to the study protocol.&middot; Collect blood / biological samples as per the study protocol.&middot; Perform processing of blood samples using Centrifuge.&middot; Discard the generated Bio-Medical Waste during the visit by handing over to appropriate biowaste disposal agency.&middot; Confirm with the research team to discard the Bio Medical Waste at site or near local facilities.&middot; Complete the study documentation like Source Documents, QoL Questionnaires, Patient Diaries etc.&middot; Coordinate with PI and Clinical Trial Site team for the study related documentation /materials handover.&middot; Coordinate with the research team for shipment of samples.&middot; Keep the patient comfortable while performing the assessments.&middot; Coordinate and support scheduling patient visits, patient follow-ups, and completion of protocol required assessments by investigators.&middot; Escalate potential issues to Regional Project Coordinator/Central Project Coordinator and site team representative.Job Types: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance Contract length: 12 monthsPay: &#8377;1,000.00 - &#8377;1,300.00 per dayWork Location: Remote
