<div></div><div><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b><br>
As a Store Manager, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for the overall performance of your store &mdash; from daily operations to leading your team and driving sales.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Hire, train, and manage store employees</li>
<li>Schedule shifts and ensure full store coverage</li>
<li>Lead by example and build a positive, respectful team culture</li>
<li>Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly</li>
<li>Maintain clean, organized, and safe store conditions</li>
<li>Monitor and order inventory; ensure product freshness and rotation</li>
<li>Track sales, control expenses, and drive profitability</li>
<li>Complete back-office tasks, daily cash handling, and PDI reporting</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations</li>
</ul><div><b>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></div>
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li>
<li>2+ years of retail or convenience store management experience</li>
<li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li>
<li>Positive attitude and ability to motivate a team</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills</li>
<li>Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods</li>
