This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and methodologies to shape the future of our organization.Duties<ul><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals.</li><li>Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other visualization tools to provide actionable insights.</li><li>Lead projects within an Agile framework, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and within scope.</li><li>Design and optimize databases using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or other relational database systems; implement database design best practices.</li><li>Conduct data analysis utilizing SQL, R, Python, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), Talend, and ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data efficiently.</li><li>Support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by participating in planning, testing, deployment, and documentation activities.</li><li>Create process diagrams and workflows using Visio to visualize complex systems and facilitate communication among technical teams.</li><li>Engage in business analysis activities including gap analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder interviews to identify areas for enhancement.</li><li>Assist in integrating linked data sources to enable comprehensive analytics and reporting capabilities.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role with a strong foundation in data analysis skills.</li><li>Hands-on expertise with Tableau, Power BI, Looker or comparable visualization platforms.</li><li>Solid understanding of Agile project management methodologies and SDLC processes.</li><li>Proficiency in SQL programming along with experience working with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle databases.</li><li>Familiarity with ETL tools such as Talend or similar platforms for data integration tasks.</li><li>Knowledge of programming languages including R and Python for advanced analytics projects.</li><li>Experience designing databases and implementing database solutions using best practices in database design.</li><li>Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly through documentation created in Visio or similar tools.</li><li>Strong analytical thinking skills combined with excellent problem-solving abilities to interpret large datasets effectively.
