<div>Job Summary:

 The Mortgage Consultant is responsible for integrating with local industry chapters of NAREB, AAREA, NAHREP and NHS to create pipelines of qualified borrowers and referral sources. Lead consumer based outreach for pipeline cultivation (talk radio, homebuyer session, community event). Advising new and existing clients on residential mortgage programs obtained from various sources including realtors, builders, newspaper ads, and other nontraditional sources as well as continuing to produce their own book-of-business.

Essential Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Produces high quality loans which meet Prosperity Home Mortgage guidelines while providing excellent customer service.</li>
<li>Advises prospective and existing customers of Prosperity&rsquo;s programs, rates, policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Develops and maintains a high degree of visibility for Prosperity in the marketplace.</li>
<li>Analyzes detailed financial and credit data; matches customer needs to an appropriate loan program and level of risk.</li>
<li>Ability to motivate, set and obtain area sales goals and objectives for the area</li>
<li>Able to communicate with executive level leadership and take responsibility for the region</li>
<li>Able to effectively communicate company policies, promotions, procedures with successful results</li>

Compensation includes a base hourly salary of $17.87 plus a generous, highly competitive commission plan.

<div>Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)
<ul>
<li>Create new designs for internal and external printed marketing materials. This includes flyers, brochures, advertising, posters, direct marketing materials. May create and implement Internet and intranet graphics and banners. (60-65%)</li>
<li>Create presentation materials to support training, management meeting, and executive presentations. (10-15%)</li>
<li>Develop and implement design strategies to enhance company&rsquo;s brand image. (5-10%)</li>
<li>May recommend, implement and maintain hardware and software requirements for the department. (5-10%)</li>
<li>May write feature articles, newspaper advertising, bios and press releases. (5-10%)</li>
<li>Recommend, source and manage outside creative resources (freelance designers, etc.) as needed. (0-5%)</li>
<li>May provide color copy support for sales associates and representatives of new home development. (0-5%)</li>
<li>May deliver designed materials to printers/vendors. (0-5%)</li>
<li>Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned. (0-5%)</li>

Qualifications

Education:
<ul>
<li>Associate&rsquo;s degree in graphic design; or equivalent work experience.</li>
</ul>
Experience:
<ul>
<li>3-5 years experience as a graphic designer on a variety of media including Internet.</li>
</ul>
Knowledge and Skills:
<ul>
<li>Proficient in PC and Mac design programs.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Dreamweaver, and FTP clients (e.g., Cyberduck) for email creation/programming is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong creative and conceptual skills.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of printing and electronic production methods.</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.</li>
<li>Effective oral and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
</ul>
