This position performs daily branch office operations and provides support to real estate agents, management and branch administrative staff. Office Admin is the main point of contact for our agents. They serve as the communication and support center for the office and is dedicated to fostering an on-going positive relationship with the real estate agents and deliver exceptional customer service.

<ul>
<li>Perform daily branch office operations which may include answering the phones, greeting visitors, maintaining office appearance, distributing mail/packages, maintaining office/kitchen supplies and sending out daily/weekly/monthly emails.</li>
<li>As the first point of contact, assist agents daily with general inquiries, setting up printers, Wi-Fi connection, etc. If the problem is advanced, the admin will reach out to the other departments for additional support.</li>
<li>Manage new agent onboarding processes as well as offboarding and transfers within the corporate offices. This includes agent orientation and making sure the new agent has logins to all Intero tools.</li>
<li>Maintain and update all office rosters and spreadsheets including the office website by making sure rosters are current and with correct info (photo, contact info, etc).</li>
<li>Manage all social media postings for the office. i.e. new agent announcements, events, holidays, etc.</li>
<li>Process accounts payables and receivables. This includes processing all incoming transaction closings and monthly agent billing.</li>
<li>Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned by corporate headquarters or other departments.</li>
<li>As Tier 1 support, guiding agents on how to use all of Intero&rsquo;s platforms and technology.</li>

Qualifications

Education:
<ul>
<li>Minimum high school diploma or the equivalent. Secondary education preferred.</li>
</ul>
Experience:
<ul>
<li>Three years clerical or administrative experience.</li>
</ul>
Knowledge and Skills:
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of real estate business preferred.</li>
<li>Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office products.</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and project concurrently.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills, accuracy/quality, detail-oriented.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills, a customer service focus and the ability to work as member in team-oriented environment.</li>

Wage: $20.00 - $26.00 hourly; actual wage is based upon education and experience.

<ul><li>Design, develop and produce creative promotional materials. Responsibilities include layout design and modification to achieve branding objectives, coordination of content, graphic design, editing and proofing. (30-35%)</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordinate direct marketing, advertising, public relations, partner marketing and sales promotion programs. (25-30%)</li></ul>
<ul><li>Work closely with management and sales to develop and promote the implementation of short and long-term marketing strategies. (20-25%)</li></ul>

Qualifications

<li>Creative graphic design experience required.</li>
<li>Real estate experience preferred.</li>
<li>Supervisory experience preferred.</li>
</ul>

Marketing Specialist

<div>Assist in managing a branch real estate sales office. Recruit, develop, direct, train and maintain an effective sales and support staff capable of meeting objectives for profitability and growth. Work closely with Sales Manager to contribute to the development and validation of plans, policies and objectives; review and comment on policies and programs. May serve as a representative and spokesperson for the real estate office.

<ul><li>Support the sales manager in recruiting, selecting, training and motivating sales associates and support staff for the successful performance of the branch office and to contribute to fulfilling the company objectives. Provide leadership in all support and sales associate areas to assure accomplishment of position objectives. May be assigned supervisory responsibilities, including employee safety, selection and development of employees, employee counseling and motivation, and salary administration. Assist in the administration of the department budget and reporting the work performed within the department. (30-35%)</li></ul>
<ul><li>In partnership with the sales manager develop, recommend and implement programs and long-range objectives designed to enhance the business strategy and enable it to achieve its goals relative to profitability, cost control and organizational effectiveness with regard to new construction, market share, existing home sales and other issues, as appropriate. <ul><li>Track sales revenue, number of customers, accountability of sales associates and their production, and district market share. Assist in management of internal audit controls and standards to ensure they are within required guidelines. (20-25%)</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide effective and efficient working conditions, space, equipment and an environment that will maximize the effectiveness of sales associates and employees in accomplishing the objectives of the branch office. (15-20%)</li></ul>
<ul><li>Actively participate in community activities, local and state Board of Realtors so that the company will be viewed in the best possible light by clients, sales associates, competitors and the public within the branch office location. (10-15%)</li></ul>
<ul><li>Serve as the Sales Manager in his/her absence. (5-10%)</li></ul>
<ul><li>May assist with regional recruiting including: career night presentation mailings, advertisement development, recruiting materials and interviewing. (10-20%)</li></ul>

Knowledge and Skills:

<li>Experience in handling real estate transactions; knowledge of legal obligations of Realtors under state and federal laws, Department of Commerce Rules &amp; Regulations, Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics.</li>
<li>Strong computer experience.</li>
<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.</li>
<li>Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Detail oriented.</li>
<li>Project management skills, ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently under deadline pressure.</li>
<li>Effective interpersonal skills and leadership abilities. High degree of integrity.</li>
</ul>
Other (licenses, certifications, schedule flexibility/OT, travel, etc.):
<ul>
<li>Licensed Realtor with the goal of achieving a broker&rsquo;s license; continuing education credits in real estate and management.</li>
