</div><div>Home Team is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations across a portion of its North Carolina portfolio. In this role, you&rsquo;ll support the Operations Manager in managing roughly 25&ndash;30 properties. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary liaison for housekeeping and maintenance vendors, while also helping drive Home Team&rsquo;s preventative maintenance programs.<br>
</div><div>This position requires solid experience managing work orders, coordinating vendors, sourcing solutions, maintaining quality standards, overseeing property operations, and providing outstanding customer service. The Property Manager will manage multiple priorities simultaneously and may occasionally travel to support local and regional properties.<br>
</div><ul><li>Base Salary: $60,000 - $65,000/year depending on experience</li></ul><div>

Key Responsibilities</b></h3><br>
<ul>
<li>
Create, track, and audit maintenance work orders to ensure accuracy, completion, and timely execution.</li>
<li>Build and maintain a reliable network of housekeeping and maintenance vendors.</li>
<li>Assess vendor performance and implement improvements when necessary.</li>
<li>Review vendor invoices for accuracy, approve billing, and code expenses for accounting.</li>
<li>Support and execute preventative maintenance programs while identifying opportunities for enhancement.</li>
<li>Assist with monitoring guest reviews and resolving complaints effectively.</li>
<li>Maintain thorough documentation of completed work and service activity.</li>
<li>Ensure all cleaning vendors consistently meet Home Team&rsquo;s quality standards.</li>
<li>Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.</li>
<li>Retention of Home Ownership (Client Retention)</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Desired Experience &amp; Competencies:</b></h3><br>
<ul>
<li>
2+ years of experience in operations management or property management.</li>
<li>2+ years of managing a wide vendor network.</li>
<li>Proven excellence with customer/stakeholder service.</li>
<li>Experience working in Google Workspace or similar software.</li>
Experience with work order, ticket, or task management software<br>
<li>
</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work flexible hours and/or extended hours as needed to accommodate client and project needs as well as team members and projects in multiple time zones.</li>
<li>Willingness and ability to travel domestically without restrictions up to 25% of the year.<ul><li>
Travel Expectations:<ul>
<li>Local travel (not overnight) is generally a day or two per week, but is based on need.</li>
<li>Circumstances would be the PM should visit each property quarterly for a general inspection and quality control.</li>
<li>Other needs would be for an inspection prior to an owner check-in, or if there was maintenance that needed to be inspected or signed off on to ensure the contractor's work is up to our standard.</li>
