<div><div><b>Position Summary</b></div>
<div></div><div>The Front-End Assistant &ndash; Retail operations &amp; marketing support is a key home-office position responsible for supporting point-of-sale operations, front-end merchandising execution, marketing coordination, reporting, and retail process improvement across all HomeTown Pharmacy locations.</div>
<div></div><div>This role serves as a daily support partner to the Front-End department by helping maintain accurate inventory systems, execute promotions, running sale reports, assist with buying workflows, support marketing initiatives, and ensure stores receive consistent, timely operational assistance.</div>
<div></div><div>This teammate must enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, providing exceptional support to both store teams and corporate leadership, and contributing directly to the growth and sustainability of HomeTown Pharmacy.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Skills &amp; Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Outstanding customer service and communication skills.</li>
<li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask.</li>
<li>Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.</li>
<li>Ability to lift 30+ lbs. and work in both office, store, and warehouse environments.</li>
<li>Ability to build positive relationships with store teams and vendors.</li>
<li>Willingness to learn, problem solve and take ownership of projects.</li>
<li>Ability to travel to store locations and buying shows as needed.</li>
<li>Graphic design or marketing experience is a plus but not necessary.</li>
<li>Hi-lo experience preferred, but not required</li>
</ul><div><b>Minimum Requirements</b></div>
<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required, Associate&rsquo;s Degree or higher preferred.</li>
<li>1&ndash;2 years of retail, merchandising, POS, marketing, or buying support experience.</li></ul></div>
