<div>After successful knowledge of the following Level 1 tasks:<ul><li>Receives and verifies cash from customers and follows all cash handling procedures</li><li>Accurately reconciles cash drawer daily including scanning of all images</li><li>Processes customer transactions: Loan payments, deposits, withdrawals, cash checks, and monetary instruments.</li><li>Receives and verifies checks, examines items for appropriate endorsements and completes hold requests as needed.</li><li>Understands and is able to Navigate NuPoint Core System</li><li>Navigates the S drive according to job duties</li><li>Accurately process savings bonds for redemption</li><li>Processes cash advances</li><li>Able to accurately complete a check order form</li><li>Effectively demonstrate digital solutions to customers or potential customers</li><li>Understand and operate technically advanced banking equipment such as cash recyclers and coin counters as available in your branch.</li><li>Basic knowledge and navigation skills of Internet banking and Mobile App</li><li>Basic digital equipment knowledge</li><li>Annually participate in Robbery/Security training</li><li>Read and attest to both the Employee Handbook and the Business Continuity Plan</li><li>Complete mandatory online training course</li></ul>
<ul><li>High School Degree or related experience.</li><li>Strong communications (written and verbal), customer skills, &amp; interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong computer skills</li><li>Proficient with PC based teller software or willingness to learn</li><li>Be able to operate email</li></ul>
