We are expanding our team to provide premium social media management for our diverse client base and our own brand.About the RoleWe are seeking a Social Media &amp; Marketing Manager to lead the planning, scripting, and execution of high-impact content. You will own the content lifecycle, from strategy to posting, while supporting broader digital efforts like ad management and email campaigns. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and will utilize our AI systems and marketing software to manage campaigns and streamline digital efforts.Schedule: Monday&ndash;Friday, 10:00 AM &ndash; 4:00 PM.What You'll Do<ul><li>Meet regularly with clients to understand their content needs and brand vision</li><li>Plan and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms</li><li>Capture, edit, and schedule video and photo content</li><li>Assist with Meta and Google Ads setup and management</li><li>Support email campaign creation and website updates</li><li>Collaborate with our video production team or shoot independently as needed</li><li>Manage content calendars and maintain consistent posting schedules</li><li>Stay current with platform trends and best practices</li></ul>The Ideal CandidateThis role is perfect for recent graduates with portfolios, creative professionals returning to work, or anyone looking for a career change who has demonstrated social media content creation skills and digital marketing experience.What We're Looking For<ul><li>Background in advertising, marketing, communications, media, or related field</li><li>Strong communication skills for client interaction</li><li>Ability to manage multiple accounts and adapt to different brand voices</li><li>Technical proficiency with content creation tools, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools</li></ul>What You'll Get<ul><li>Company computer and equipment provided</li><li>Direct client interaction and relationship-building experience</li><li>Opportunity to build a diverse portfolio across multiple industries</li><li>Creative freedom and a supportive team environment</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hourApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation?</li><li>Are you currently enrolled in school or do you have any upcoming academic commitments?</li><li>This role is from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
