NAPA Auto Parts (Hometown Auto Parts) delivery drivers are the key to our success, delivering excellent customer service and developing long standing relationships with our customers. We are a family owned/operated company and work as a family style atmosphere. We are expanding and looking to add additional drivers to our team.Primary job functions:The primary functions of this position are to establish and maintain good relationships with NAPA customers by providing courteous, efficient, and professional delivery service in a safe and timely manner. This person must also check invoices to ensure that the parts ordered were correctly pulled for delivery to customer.Secondary job functions:Some secondary functions are assisting with checking in stock orders, stocking shelves and cleaning of the delivery vehicles and the store.Personal Requirements:Able to establish good relationships with customers by providing courteous, efficient, and professional service. Must be well-groomed and neat in appearance. Enjoy working with people in a fast paced setting; be competitive yet have the ability to work calmly under pressure. Possess a clear and valid drivers license with no DWI, DUI convictions within the last 5 years. Must be 22 years of age for insurance requirements.Physical Requirements:Must be capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds. Able to bend or stoop to floor level shelves. Able to stand and walk for entire shift.
