The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the valuation process and principles, as well as a good understanding of the UAE property market.Key Responsibilities: &#61623;Conduct on-site property inspections and assess surroundings. &#61623;Collect and analyze market data on comparable properties. &#61623;Apply various valuation methods to estimate property values. &#61623;Prepare detailed appraisal reports and maintain accurate records. &#61623;Communicate with clients and provide expert advice on property values. &#61623;Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards. &#61623;Stay updated on market trends and pursue ongoing professional development. &#61623;Utilize valuation software and digital resources for assessments.Experience: At least 1 year of valuation experience. Experience within the real estate industry is a must.
