What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>
Minimum 3 years of verifiable hands-on caregiving experience</li><li>
Caregivers with proven clinical skills and experience managing higher-acuity clients</li><li>
Hands-on experience with transfers, complex personal care, and specialized medical needs</li><li>
Ability to assist with lifting and mobility support (with help from family members)</li><li>
Reliability, professionalism, and a passion for helping others</li><li>
CNA, HHA, or equivalent experience preferred</li></ul>

We are seeking a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong technical accounting skills, and is eager to mentor others while ensuring adherence to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) standards. If you&rsquo;re passionate about financial accuracy, analysis, and continuous improvement, this is the perfect role for you!Duties<ul><li>Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports with precision and clarity. </li><li>Reconcile general ledger accounts through detailed account analysis and bank reconciliation processes to ensure data integrity. </li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero. </li><li>Conduct month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments aligned with GAAP standards. </li><li>Support regulatory reporting requirements by ensuring compliance with securities law, governmental accounting standards, and other financial regulations. </li><li>Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making across departments. </li><li>Mentor junior team members on technical accounting practices including double entry bookkeeping, debits &amp; credits, and internal controls like SOX compliance. </li><li>Perform internal audits and support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations of financial data. </li><li>Contribute to process improvements by leveraging expertise in accounting software such as PeopleSoft or Xero for increased efficiency.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Extensive knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), SOX compliance, and regulatory reporting standards. </li><li>Proficiency with accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms. </li><li>Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts such as budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and financial management. </li><li>Experience with non-profit accounting practices and LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) programs is a plus. </li><li>Ability to interpret complex financial reports accurately and communicate findings clearly through written reports. </li><li>Skilled in account reconciliation procedures including bank reconciliation and general ledger reconciliation. </li><li>Familiarity with securities law, governmental accounting standards, technical accounting issues like Wills &amp; Trusts Law or estate planning is advantageous. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to mentor team members while fostering a collaborative work environment focused on continuous learning. </li><li>Excellent analytical skills combined with strong attention to detail in bookkeeping tasks such as journal entries and account analysis. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, financial modeling, and report creation; experience with other financial software is desirable.
