 Arranging stock in a manner that is both visually appealing and allows ease of movement.

 Ensuring that test models are set up and in outstanding condition.
 </li>

 Advising Purchasers on items which ought to be restocked or removed from the catalog.

 Welcome and engage every customer and provide the best customer experience, with the goal of developing long term relationships and foster brand loyalty.

 Assist all walk-ins &amp; customers with appointments that arrive at the showroom.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the showroom is always in perfect condition: this includes, but not limited to the cleanliness of all furniture, equipment, supplies and placing marketing materials.

 Manage and maintain the showroom: this includes ordering and stocking supplies needed, maintaining equipment, placing marketing materials, attending visitors daily and during events.

Job Description<ul><li> 
End-to-End Ownership: Take high-level strategic directives from the C-Suite and translate them into executable project roadmaps. You will own the delivery, from the first kickoff meeting to the final post-mortem.</li><li>
Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the ultimate bridge between Commercial, Logistics, Tech, and Customer Service. You will break down silos to ensure everyone is moving toward the same launch date and OKRs.</li><li>
Process Engineering &amp; Automation: Map out redundancies (e.g., seller onboarding, custom-order tracking, after sales) and design streamlined, automated solutions to help the business scale.</li><li>
Data-Driven Execution: Define the success metrics for your initiatives. Partner with BI and Data Analysts to ensure you are tracking the right KPIs and proving the ROI of your programs.</li><li>
Governance &amp; Quality: Establish the guardrails for speed. Enforce &quot;Go/No-Go&quot; readiness for new product launches, seller onboarding, and commercial campaigns to ensure our customer experience never drops.</li></ul> 
Qualifications

Experience: 0&ndash;2 years of experience, preferably gained in a fast-moving startup environment or through rigorous extracurricular leadership (e.g., leading student unions, winning strategic case competitions, or directing large-scale university initiatives).</li><li>
You hold a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from a top-tier university in an analytical field (Engineering, Business, Economics, Computer Science) with a demonstrated track record of excellence.</li><li>
The &quot;Athlete&quot; Mindset: You are highly adaptable with a ridiculously steep learning curve. You can comfortably pivot from analyzing pricing models on Monday to mapping out a logistics tracking feature on Wednesday.</li><li>
Structured Thinker: You have a unique ability to take chaotic, overlapping business problems and break them down into clear, phased project plans.</li><li>
Influence Without Authority: You do not wait for permission to solve a problem. You know how to get an overwhelmed Engineering lead and a busy Commercial Director to prioritize your project through logic and persuasion.</li><li>
Data Fluency: You must be highly analytical. You have advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, can hold your own in a dashboard discussion, and always base your arguments on numbers.</li></ul></div>
