 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The Senior Accounting Specialist is responsible for end-to-end accounting operations at the Alia&gbreve;a factory, ensuring full compliance with regulations, company policies, and procedures, and driving timely and accurate financial reporting. This role also plays a key part in managing day-to-day pre-accounting activities and supporting operational finance processes on-site.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Daily tracking, control, and posting/offsetting of accounting documents such as invoices for direct and indirect purchases, employee-related expenses, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing pre-accounting processes including invoice collection, document control, and accurate data entry into the ERP system
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closings
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage, control, and report VAT refund processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare weekly vendor &amp; associate payment lists and follow up transactions in SAP
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform vendor and customer reconciliations (monthly/quarterly as required) and resolve discrepancies
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with HR and other departments on employee deductions, allowances, and related accounting processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to the development and improvement of accounting systems, programs, and procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Support preparation of audit documentation for audits, inspections, and external advisors
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Graduate of university degree programs in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics, or related fields
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 7 years of experience in the field, preferably in global companies,
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to collaborate and communicate effectively within cross-functional teams such as Production Planning, Financial Planning &amp; Control, Treasury
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledgeable in the Chart of Accounts and tax regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple deliverables and high-priority tasks
 </li>
 <li>
 Advance level of SAP/FI module and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint mainly)
 </li>
 <li>
 Compliance with strict deadlines and managing flexible working hours
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional development and a supportive team culture

 <li>
 Experience with SAP Accounting software is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in both written and spoken English
 </li>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Materials, or related fields)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of paint shop processes including Pre-treatment, Electro Deposition (ED), Top Coat, and Wastewater Treatment
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in managing chemical baths, monitoring process parameters, and ensuring coating quality
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of environmental regulations and occupational health &amp; safety requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work cross-functionally in a manufacturing environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of English (written and spoken)
 </li>

 Oversee wastewater treatment processes and chemical management activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Support continuous improvement initiatives related to paint process efficiency and quality
 </li>

 Ensure compliance with internal procedures, legal regulations, and international standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with relevant departments to maintain stable and efficient paint shop operations
 </li>
