 Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement processes within the automotive or motorcycle industry, preferably in production-oriented companies

 Knowledgeable in supplier research, quotation requests, price analysis, and contract processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with procurement systems such as ERP/SAP
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced English skills (both written and spoken)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Team-oriented, result-driven, and well-organized with effective time management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control
 </li>
 <li>
 No travel restrictions; holds a valid driver&rsquo;s license (Category B is preferred)
 </li>

 Job Description
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Fulfill material requirements of the motorcycle production facility
 </li>
 <li>
 Carry out supplier research, evaluation, and selection processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Collect quotations, perform price analysis, and make comparisons
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and track purchase orders via the ERP system and ensure on-time deliveries
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and follow up on purchase orders
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage supplier relationships and evaluate their performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Support cost improvement and optimization projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Work in coordination with production, quality, logistics, and engineering teams to meet requirements accurately and promptly
 </li>
 <li>
 Planning the material procurement process by monitoring stock levels
 </li>
 <li>
 Meet internal customer demands and manage order processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Procurement of chemicals required for production
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow procurement trends and innovations in the industry
 </li>
