<div>Our busy HVAC, Plumbing &amp; Electrical company is looking for an Experienced Service Dispatcher to assist with our operations. Our ideal candidate would be detail oriented, motivated, creative and love talking on the phone. We are looking for someone who is great with people (especially on the phone) because our clients are the most important part of our business.</div><div><br>

<div>You communicate and are able to problem solve and communicate effectively with customers, office staff, field staff, and service managers.</div><div><br>
</div>
<div>Dedicate time and attention to assisting customers using proper phone, email and chat etiquette to effectively solve problems, answer questions and ensure that the customer feels his or her needs have been met or exceeded.</div><div><br>
</div>
<div>As you are fielding customer phone calls and providing exceptional service to each customer, scheduling service routes, dispatching and communicating with technicians, we are also calling outbound to ensure customer satisfaction, confirm service appointments, schedule maintenance services and collect overdue payments.</div><div><br>
</div>
<div>Required Experience:</div>
<div>Microsoft office experience, CRM or database experience and computer proficient</div>
<div>Needed Skills:</div>
<div>Previous dispatch experience in home service industry</div>
<div>Communication in writing (proper grammar and spelling) and in person</div>
<div>Self-starter and motivation</div>
<div>Dedication</div>
<div>Ability to work under pressure and appropriately deal with stress</div>
<div>Ability to manage multiple tasks</div>
<div>Typical working hours are from 8am-5pm</div><div><br>
