Welder Advanced - Level 3

<div><p>Join a team that designs, develops and integrates highly complex systems within Honeywell Sensing, Guidance and Navigation COE in Electronic Solutions (ES) organization. This position will be based in Clearwater, FL. You will be integral in creating system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will be involved in every aspect of the systems life cycle; from the front end of business development through product end of life.
</p><p>The primary area of responsibility will be related to working with a team of System Engineers in the evaluation of inertial navigational systems to meet critical navigation performance. The individual will be directly involved in requirements analysis, test case creation, qualification testing, analysis, validation, integration, and support to formal verification of software and hardware.

<div><p>The Material Analyst I is responsible for the thorough analysis of materials, quantities, and associated costs to support proposal development and ongoing assessments of quantity and price variances. This role requires detailed evaluation of Bills of Materials (BOM) and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Program Management, Sales, Procurement, and Finance, to accurately define material requirements.
</p><p>Key Responsibilities:
</p><ul><li>Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate material quantities are incorporated during the proposal phase, including engineering samples, testing samples, and production materials.
</li><li>Assess material quantities in relation to manufactured output to determine component utilization and yield.
</li><li>Develop comprehensive and precise cost estimates based on supplier proposals received.
</li><li>Demonstrate foundational knowledge of material management, purchase order (PO) administration, and BOM analysis.
</li><li>Evaluate BOM for sourcing, identifying and selecting the most qualified and reliable suppliers for each component.
</li><li>Apply critical thinking daily to optimize operational efficiency and process effectiveness.
