 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>

 Understand the day-to-day issues that our business faces, which can be better understood with data
 </li>
 <li>
 Compile and analyze data related to business' issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Based on the understanding of the business, quickly respond to the data needs of the business department
 </li>
 <li>
 Based on the analysis of the data, assist in giving suggestions on market strategies
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent experience
 </li>
 <li>
 +3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst in electronics domain.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in using data analysis and processing software such as Python, tableau, excel, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Critical thinking skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to adapt to fast paced business needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional listening, verbal and written communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Team player
 </li>

 Key Responsibilities

 Develop high-quality visual content for digital campaigns, social media, product launches, events, and brand communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate marketing strategies into visually compelling designs aligned with HONOR&rsquo;s brand identity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the marketing, content, and photography teams to execute creative concepts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create motion graphics, simple animations, or visual assets for reels and short-form content (preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce bilingual (Arabic + English) creatives that resonate with MEA audiences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated with design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and industry best practices.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills &amp; Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Fluency in both Arabic (Native) and English
 
 (written &amp; verbal communication).
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong portfolio
 
 showcasing creativity, campaign work, social media visuals, and brand design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced knowledge of
 
 Adobe Creative Suite
 
 (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere/After Effects is a plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to use
 
 AI design tools
 
 such as
 
 Freepik AI, Midjourney
 
 and similar platforms to enhance creative output.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of mobile photography, color theory, typography, and layout principles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and passion for innovation.
 </li>

 Preferred Experience
