 We are actively looking for a Key Account Manager for our Dubai office enhancing the following responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Primary Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Achieve sales targets for assigned clients by integrating various resources and collaborating with regional teams to meet sales goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain relationships with assigned clients, develop and implement routine management actions, continuously enhance client relationships, and support the long-term and stable development of the brand.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop commercial plans and drive their implementation, formulate sales strategies for the entire product lifecycle, and continuously improve business performance.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Over 3 years of experience in sales or customer management, with a preference for those with Key Account (KA) management experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain good relationships with clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English or Arabic
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong market analysis and judgment abilities, capable of adjusting sales strategies based on market changes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good team collaboration skills, able to coordinate and manage internal resources.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong execution capabilities, able to efficiently complete sales tasks and achieve targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, maintaining enthusiasm in high-pressure environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in using office software.
 </li>

 Key Responsibilities

 Consolidate and update sales data across channels/customers/regions (sales revenue, order count, collections/receivables, inventory, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain daily/weekly/monthly Excel reports and trackers; ensure consistent definitions and on-time updates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform basic data cleaning and reconciliation; identify anomalies and follow up to correct them.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create reports and brief takeaways to support weekly meetings, monthly reviews, and campaign preparation.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong logical thinking and data sensitivity
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication and business understanding; able to translate requests into clear spreadsheets and data outputs.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Nice to Have (Optional)
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience with sales/channel/e-commerce data processing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with CRM/ERP data exports and reconciliation.
