 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 &bull; Understand the day-to-day issues that our business faces, which can be better understood with data
 
 
 &bull; Compile and analyze data related to business' issues
 
 
 &bull; Analysis the data from retail and PSI system to output the report as Retail and Channel department requested.
 
 
 &bull; Based on the understanding of the business, quickly respond to the data needs of the business department
 
 
 &bull; Based on the analysis of the data, assist in giving suggestions on market strategies
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications and Experience:
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent experience
 
 
 &bull; +3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst in electronics domain.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills and Competencies:
 
 
 
 &bull; Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy.
 
 
 &bull; Proficiency in using data analysis and processing software such as Python, tableau, excel, etc.
 
 
 &bull; Critical thinking skills
 
 
 &bull; Ability to adapt to fast paced business needs

 Assist in executing the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up on the hiring process.

 <li>
 Assist with employee onboarding, probation, and offboarding procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain employee records, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of personnel information.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the organization of employee training and performance appraisal activities to promote employee development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle employee relations matters and respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in supporting other related tasks as needed.
 </li>

 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Preferably with over 2 years of experience in HR Management in Oman
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiar with recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and other HR management processes; knowledgeable about Omani labor law.
 </li>
 <li>
 Possess strong communication and coordination skills, as well as a team-oriented mindset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good data handling skills and proficiency in office software and HR management systems.
 </li>
