We are looking for a Marketing Creative Intern who can support our marketing and brand efforts by creating visually engaging designs and short-form videos. This role is strictly for interns who want hands-on experience working on real marketing campaigns, digital creatives, and brand assets.This internship focuses on execution and creativity rather than theoretical design knowledge.Location: Onsite (Chennai)Duration: 6 monthsStipend: 10,000 per monthKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Design social media creatives (posts, stories, banners)</li><li>Design marketing materials such as posters, flyers, pitch slides, and email creatives</li><li>Edit short-form videos (reels, promo videos, product explainers)</li><li>Assist in creating branding assets aligned with company guidelines</li><li>Optimize creatives for different platforms and formats</li><li>Work closely with marketing and content teams for campaign execution</li><li>Maintain organized design files and version control</li></ul>Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)<ul><li>This role is strictly for interns</li><li>Candidates currently pursuing a degree or academic program are NOT eligible</li><li>Must be available for full-time internship hours</li><li>Must be comfortable working on daily design tasks and revisions</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Hands-on experience with design tools:</li><li>Canva / Figma / Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator (any one is acceptable)</li><li>Basic video editing skills:</li><li>Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut / Final Cut Pro /Inshot (any one)</li><li>Understanding of social media content formats, especially carousel designs</li><li>Basic sense of typography, color, and layout</li><li>Ability to follow brand guidelines and feedback</li></ul>Good to Have (Optional)<ul><li>Motion graphics or simple animations</li><li>Experience designing ads or thumbnails</li><li>Awareness of social media trends and marketing creatives</li><li>Copy placement and visual storytelling sense</li></ul>What We Look For<ul><li>Strong creative execution skills</li><li>Willingness to learn and iterate based on feedback</li><li>Discipline in meeting deadlines</li><li>Openness to collaboration with marketing teams</li><li>Attention to detail and consistency</li></ul>Selection Process<ul><li>Portfolio / Work Samples Review (Mandatory)</li><li>Practical Design Task (Short &amp; Time-bound)</li><li>Creative Discussion</li><li>HR &amp; Availability Confirmation</li></ul>Internship Outcomes<ul><li>Hands-on experience with real marketing campaigns</li><li>Strong portfolio-ready work by the end of the internship</li><li>Mentorship from marketing and design leads</li><li>Performance-based opportunity for extension or conversion</li></ul>Company DescriptionHOODS HUB is a SaaS based company located in Chennai.
