The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales expertise, and a passion for coaching teams toward excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining &amp; Skill DevelopmentConduct onboarding training for new sales team membersOrganize regular skill-enhancement sessions for existing sales teamConduct product, process &amp; communication-based trainingSales Training Material &amp; SOP DevelopmentDevelop and update sales scripts, sales SOPs, objection-handling guides, pitch decks, and call flowsBuild structured training modules (manuals, video modules, assessments, PPTs)Performance Review &amp; CoachingMonitor sales performance post-trainingConduct coaching sessions based on performance insightsSupport underperformers through improvement programsSkill &amp; Productivity EnhancementTrain sales team on communication, pitching, CRM usage &amp; negotiationEnsure improved lead conversion and reduced lead wastageFeedback &amp; ReportingCollect feedback and refine training processesMaintain training logs and submit monthly training performance reportsKey Skills RequiredStrong communication &amp; presentation skillsIn-depth knowledge of sales processes &amp; CRM usageAbility to create training material &amp; SOPsMonitoring &amp; performance-coaching skillsUnderstanding of objection handling and sales psychologyPreferred QualificationsExperience in telesales / inside sales training preferredFamiliarity with CRM &amp; sales automation toolsWork ModeOn-site / Hybrid (as per company policy)Who Should ApplyThis role is ideal for candidates who enjoy mentoring teams, improving sales culture, and driving performance excellence.Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;400,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
