Actively manages ops communications supporting rollouts.</li><li>
Monitor campaign performance and guest insights to optimize live initiatives and inform future planning.</li><li>
Publishes monthly promotional &amp; menu launch recaps, including key sales metrics with guest and operations feedback summaries.</li></ul>
NRO Marketing Campaign Management<ul><li>
Leads the strategy, planning, and execution of all new restaurant opening marketing campaigns to drive pre-opening awareness and exceed average weekly sales targets.</li><li>
Ensure all marketing elements&mdash;creative assets, signage, digital listings, paid media, and local outreach&mdash;are delivered accurately and on time.</li><li>
Attends openings to support grand opening promotions and media/influencer visits</li><li>
Monitors post-opening sales results and traffic performance, adjusting campaign levers to drive strong early momentum with sustained sales through the initial 6 months.</li><li>
Publishes consistent NRO sales scorecards to report on opening performance versus forecast.</li></ul>
Administer Hopdoddy Website &amp; Digital Merchandising Screens<ul><li>
Owns website content deployments to support promotions &amp; new menu items ensuring content is accurate and timely to launch schedules.
</li><li>Collaborates with IT and web agency for technical &amp; performance updates.</li><li>
Executes SEO strategy, including keyword optimization, metadata updates, page structure, and content enhancements to improve organic visibility.</li><li>
Monitors website analytics and proposes enhancements to improve conversion rates and organic search traffic.</li><li>
Owns digital menu content &amp; CMS programing for digital menu boards and restaurant ad screens, leveraging content to drive sales &amp; PPA.</li><li>
Accountable for publishing website &amp; SEO scorecards</li></ul>
Collaborates with the full Marketing Team &amp; agency partners to execute other PR campaigns, national activations and events.
Updates professional knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, executing competitive research &amp; reading trade publications.
Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications required</li><li>
5 years of experience in restaurant or retail marketing preferred</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word &amp; Excel) &amp; Asana (workflow management tools) required</li><li>
Experience with website CMS management and Google Analytics tools preferred</li><li>
Able to travel occasionally, for 1-3 nights at a time</li></ul>

Excellent written &amp; verbal communication skills</li><li>
Highly organized &amp; detail-oriented</li><li>
Strong project management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities</li><li>

Self-motivated to set priorities and work with limited direction while performing at an optimum level</li></ul>
Physical Requirements<ul><li>
Some lifting and the movement of moderate loads require a 30-pound lifting requirement.</li><li>
Responsible for utilizing office/restaurant equipment. The effective operation of equipment requires the use of all limbs, fingers and the ability to see.</li><li>
Spends approximately 20% of his/her time standing and walking swiftly; therefore, he/she must have the ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and move freely using all limbs and see at close/long distances.</li><li>
Attend meetings, conferences, workshops, etc., as well as visit Hopdoddy locations, Vendors, etc.; therefore, he/she must be able to travel autonomously, possibly to other geographical locations, in inclement weather, with little to no prior notification given.</li><li>
Must be able to work under a high degree of stress on a physical, mental, and emotional level; this includes performing work in a fast-paced manner and making timely decisions.</li></ul></div>
