About the RoleWe're looking for a versatile, driven Marketing Specialist to join our team and help grow our brand within the health and wellness space. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, juggles multiple projects with ease, and brings both creative instincts and sharp execution to everything they touch.From digital campaigns to brand storytelling to coordinating live conferences, you'll play a central part in how we show up in the world. If you're passionate about wellness, love great copy, and get energized by variety, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Do<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels (email, social, web, and paid media)</li><li>Build and optimize high-performing marketing funnels that attract, nurture, and convert prospective patients across digital channels. Collaborate with the admissions team to improve lead quality, streamline the patient journey, and increase conversion rates through strategic content, email automation, landing pages, CRM workflows, and performance optimization.</li><li>Drive brand development, ensuring a consistent, compelling voice and visual identity across all touchpoints</li><li>Coordinate conferences and events, including logistics, promotion, on-site support, and follow-up</li><li>Write and edit polished, on-brand copy for a range of formats and audiences</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to bring campaigns and initiatives to life</li><li>Track performance, report on results, and continually refine based on data</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of marketing experience, ideally spanning digital marketing and brand work</li><li>Excellent writing and copy-editing skills, with a strong eye for detail and tone</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Comfortable with travel and a hybrid work schedule based in Austin, TX</li><li>Genuine interest in health and wellness</li><li>A self-starter who's organized, adaptable, and collaborative</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)</li><li>Experience coordinating events or conferences</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Collaborative, mission-driven team environment</li><li>Opportunity to be part of an exciting growth phase with new brand launches</li><li>$75,000 annual base salary, with additional incentive opportunities and room for compensation growth as responsibilities and performance increase.</li><li>Attractive benefits package and 4 weeks paid time off annually</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Why are you interested in this role?
