This role is hands-on and requires flexibility, initiative, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, notices details others may miss, and contributes to creating an excellent experience for everyone who enters the facility.</p>
<p><b>
Schedule Requirements</b></p>

15&ndash;20 hours per week</li><li>
Schedule varies based on ministry and event needs</li><li>
Must be available for evenings and weekends</li></ul>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3>
<p><b>
Facility Setup &amp; Care</b></p>
<ul><li>
<p>Assist with setup and teardown for services and events</p>
</li><li>
<div>Unlock and secure the building as assigned</div>
</li><li>
<div>Perform post-event walkthroughs to ensure the facility is clean and ready</div>
</li><li>
<div>Maintain entrances, restrooms, and common areas</div>
</li><li>
<p>Take out trash, vacuum, and perform general cleaning duties</p>
</li></ul>
<p><b>Facility Maintenance</b></p>
<ul><li>
<p>Perform routine cleaning, including carpet care and restroom restocking</p>
</li><li>
<div>Maintain the appearance of the building and surrounding grounds</div>
</li><li>
<div>Assist with minor repairs and general upkeep</div>
</li><li>
<p>Monitor and report facility needs or issues</p>
</li></ul>
<p><b>Grounds Maintenance</b></p>
<ul><li>
<p>Mow, trim, edge, and maintain outdoor areas</p>
</li><li>
<div>Remove debris such as trash and tree limbs</div>
</li><li>
<p>Support seasonal upkeep (weed control, general landscaping)</p>
</li></ul>
<p><b>Operational Support</b></p>
<ul><li>
<p>Maintain and update tasks using facility management systems (e.g., eSpace)</p>
</li><li>
<div>Submit work orders as needs are identified</div>
</li><li>
<div>Assist with inventory and restocking supplies (paper goods, sanitizer, etc.)</div>
</li><li>
<div>Support church events and services as needed</div>
</li><li>
<div>Occasionally pick up supplies or run errands off-site</div>
</li><li>
<p>Provide oversight for volunteers when assigned</p>
</li></ul>
<p><b>Safety &amp; Equipment</b></p>
<ul><li>
<p>Operate tools and equipment safely and responsibly</p>
</li><li>
<div>Follow proper procedures for cleaning chemicals and maintenance tools</div>
