Job Title: Nurse Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Patient Care:</li><li>Monitor and assess patients' health conditions, including vital signs</li><li>Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by physicians.</li><li>Perform nursing interventions and assist with medical procedures.</li><li>Provide emotional support to patients and their families.</li><li>Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.</li><li>Collaboration with Healthcare Team</li><li>Communicate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.</li><li>Report changes in patients' conditions to the healthcare team.</li><li>Assist in coordinating patient care and ensure continuity of services.</li><li>Administrative Tasks</li><li>Document patient information, including symptoms, treatments, medications, and progress notes.</li><li>Update medical records in accordance with hospital policies and legal requirements.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines in patient care.</li><li>Emergency Response:</li><li>Respond promptly to emergencies, providing first aid or life-saving interventions.</li><li>Perform CPR or other resuscitative procedures when necessary.</li></ul>Experience needed:1. Experience in healthcare operations as a registered nurse2. Management experience- has been a Team Leader for at-least 2 years3. Clinical knowledge: Demonstrated4. Training experience- ability to create and deliver trainings5. Has been client facing in a recent role6. Experience of holding an administrative role for at-least one year.7. Experience of ICU, emergency, geriatric care is a plus pointQualification:1. BSc Nursing or ANM OR GNM - registered nurse2. Relevant experience3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office4. Excellent written and oral communication skills is a must.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;22,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
