***This role requires in-person services***Job Title: Board Certified Behavior AnalystCompany Name: Hope For OhanaLocation(s): Sunnyvale and surrounding areasHours: 40 hours/week (Direct + Indirect work).Job Description:Hope For Ohana is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting initial assessments, reassessments, developing treatment plans, developing individualized skill acquisition and behavior intervention goals, conducting 1:1 direct therapy with clients, collecting data, and training caregivers.Company Website: www.hopeforohanaaba.comKey Responsibilities:- Provide direct behavior analytic services to clients, including behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs.- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of skill acquisition goals and behavior intervention plans.- Monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust intervention strategies as needed.- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.Qualifications:- Master&rsquo;s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA.- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.- Strong leadership skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.Benefits:- Medical, dental, and vision insurance-Sick pay- In-house CEU's- Bi-yearly BCBA Recertification fee- 1:1 mentoring and coaching- Holiday Pay- Monthly Bonus- Quarterly raises based on performance- Referral Bonus- Retirement Plan- 3% Match-Mileage and drive time reimbursementAdditional Information: Starting compensation will range $77-$87/hour based on experience.Hope For Ohana is an equal opportunity employer.Job Type: Full-timePay: $77.00 - $87.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Mileage reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Relocation assistance</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
