Responsibilities</b></h2>
<div><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b><br>
The Assistant Clinical Director (ACD) provides clinical oversight of ABA services within a center, supports a caseload, and provides ongoing structured mentorship to BCBAs in the center. The ACD is integral to the mentorship and training of BCBAs at the local, in-center level. The ACD has exemplary clinical, leadership, and mentorship skills. Additionally, the ACD is able to successfully impart those skills &ndash; clinical, leadership, and professional growth &ndash; in fellow BCBAs.</div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Skills &amp; Qualifications</b></h2>

Master&rsquo;s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field is required</li><li>
At least two years of experience as a BCBA</li><li>
