<p>We&rsquo;re looking for a caring and energetic <b>Infant Teacher</b>-<b>Floater </b>to support classroom instruction, foster positive child development, and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment. <p>As a<b> Infant Teacher -Floater</b> you&rsquo;ll have the opportunity to provide support across various sites based on operational needs, implementing curriculum, supervising children, and fostering a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment. This <b>full-time</b> position assists with assessments, parent engagement, and school readiness activities to help children thrive.</p><br>

<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul><li>Assist in daily classroom activities and child supervision</li>
<li>Support curriculum implementation aligned with NAEYC and Head Start standards</li>
<li>Ensure a safe and positive learning environment</li>
<li>Conduct developmental screenings and maintain child progress records</li>
<li>Engage with parents to support family and community involvement</li>
<li>Participate in professional development and team collaboration</li></ul><br>

</p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul><li>High School diploma or Infant/Toddler CDA or endorsement or ability to obtain an CDA within 10 months of employment</li>
<li>Experience in a preschool setting or working with young children.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a team</li>
<li>Basic computer skills to facilitate communication within the agency</li>
<li>A collaborative mindset with a commitment to the mission of supporting children, families and communities</li></ul><br>
