What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Lead Daily Operations: Manage end-to-end operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning at all times.</li><li>Customer Experience Champion: Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction with a strong focus on hospitality, hygiene, and speed of service.</li><li>Team Leadership: Hire, train, motivate and manage a team of crew members and shift leads. Ensure shift schedules are optimised for peak hours.</li><li>Sales &amp; Target Management: Drive store sales, manage daily targets, upsell high-margin items, and ensure proper inventory control.</li><li>SOP &amp; Quality Control: Ensure adherence to brand SOPs, product quality, portioning, hygiene, and FSSAI norms.</li><li>Customer Handling: Handle escalations, special requests, and guest feedback professionally. Turn complaints into loyalty.</li><li>Reporting: Maintain store-level reports &ndash; daily sales, expenses, wastage, inventory, and crew performance.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Experience: 5+ years as Store Manager/Shift Manager in a QSR brand.</li><li>Soft Skills: Excellent communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Should be comfortable interacting with customers regularly.</li><li>Customer-Obsessed: Believes in creating memorable guest experiences.</li><li>Knows how to create &ldquo;wow moments&rdquo; in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>People Leader: Proven ability to manage and energize a small team.</li><li>Understands rostering, training and crew discipline.</li><li>Operationally Sharp: Knows how to manage inventory, cash, hygiene, andcrisis situations with calm and efficiency.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many total years of experience you have?</li><li>What is your Current and Expected Salary?</li><li>What will be your Notice Period?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
