This position partners closely with business units and technical teams to ensure solutions meet company standards, user requirements, and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities

Business &amp; Systems Analysis
<ul>
<li>Elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements</li>
<li>Perform gap analysis and issue analysis to identify business needs and improvement opportunities</li>
<li>Translate and simplify business requirements into clear technical specifications</li>
<li>Design, document, and maintain business and system processes</li>
<li>Identify and design business and/or system improvement opportunities</li>
<li>Assist in the development of business cases for strategic initiatives</li>
</ul>
Project &amp; Delivery Management
<ul>
<li>Plan, coordinate, and monitor project deliverables</li>
<li>Manage small to mid-sized projects and/or project tasks</li>
<li>Apply knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project lifecycle principles</li>
<li>Ensure technology solutions meet company standards and user requirements</li>
</ul>
Collaboration &amp; Communication
<ul>
<li>Serve as liaison between business units and technical teams</li>
<li>Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical resources</li>
<li>Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle</li>
<li>Provide guidance and feedback to less experienced staff</li>
<li>Work collaboratively across departments to support enterprise initiatives</li>
</ul>
Required Experience
<ul>
<li>5+ years of business analyst experience</li>
<li>Proven experience supporting broad-impact, cross-functional systems</li>
<li>Advanced skills in requirements elicitation for business processes and system functionality</li>
<li>Advanced general analysis and gap analysis skills</li>
<li>Experience generating multiple types of business and/or process documentation</li>
<li>Experience identifying and designing business/system improvements</li>
<li>Ability to coordinate and manage small-sized projects and tasks</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Professional Business Analyst certification (CBAP, CCBA, PBA) preferred</li>
</ul>

Pay Range:
<ul>
<li>$66,500.00 - $92,000.00</li>
</ul>
Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
