Key Responsibilities

Strategic &amp; Marketing Enablement
<ul>
<li>Enable sustainable growth across the Supplemental &amp; Group business by aligning strategy, marketing, and operational execution to achieve division-wide revenue and engagement goals.</li>
<li>Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that create market awareness, generate high-quality leads, and drive cost-efficient growth.</li>
<li>Serve as the marketing liaison to NIS and other TPAs, creating effective go-to-market campaigns, partner collateral, and coordinated messaging across all channels.</li>
<li>Manage the end-to-end marketing process&mdash;from ideation and creative development through deployment and measurement&mdash;across digital, social, email, and direct mail platforms.</li>
<li>Partner with external marketing agencies and technology platforms to deploy high-performing campaigns and creative assets.</li>
</ul>
Operational Excellence &amp; Partner Enablement
<ul>
<li>Support partner and channel enablement by ensuring agents, TPAs, and internal stakeholders have access to up-to-date resources, training, and tools that enable successful execution.</li>
<li>Optimize processes and systems to improve coordination between Marketing, Sales, Product, Compliance, and Technology, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of initiatives.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain structured workflows and playbooks that enhance consistency, transparency, and scalability.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Legal and Compliance on reviews of marketing and web content to maintain regulatory accuracy and brand integrity.</li>
</ul>
Data, Insights &amp; Continuous Improvement
<ul>
<li>Partner with Analytics and IT to define target audiences, improve campaign performance, and enhance segmentation.</li>
<li>Conduct user testing, focus groups, and feedback sessions to inform creative strategy and ensure user-centric marketing approaches.</li>
<li>Leverage data and analytics for A/B testing, campaign optimization, and performance reporting, ensuring every initiative is insight-driven.</li>
<li>Champion a culture of innovation by identifying new tools, technologies, and trends that improve marketing effectiveness and operational agility.</li>
<li>Serve as a connector and communicator, translating strategic priorities into clear, actionable plans for cross-functional execution.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications &amp; Experience
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.</li>
<li>8+ years of experience in acquisition, growth, or enablement marketing: preferably within insurance or financial services.</li>
<li>Proven success leading integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies across digital, social, email, direct mail, and emerging platforms.</li>
<li>Skilled in end-to-end campaign management, from creative direction to deployment, measurement, and optimization.</li>
<li>Expertise in data and analytics, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance measurement.</li>
<li>Strong storytelling and collaboration skills; able to communicate complex strategies clearly to cross-functional partners and leadership.</li>
<li>Future-focused mindset with the ability to identify emerging technologies, consumer behaviors, and market trends to fuel ongoing growth.</li>

Key Responsibilities

Operational &amp; Strategic Enablement

<li>Support the planning, coordination, and execution of key operational and strategic initiatives across the Supplemental &amp; Group division.</li>
<li>Partner with business operations, product, IT, compliance, and sales support teams to ensure process readiness and change adoption.</li>
<li>Design, maintain, and train teams on tools, resources, and documentation that support internal systems, workflows, and go-to-market strategies.</li>
<li>Develop and manage project-specific communication plans, resource hubs, and training logistics.</li>
<li>Facilitate cross-functional alignment by ensuring stakeholders have timely access to updates, structured content, and learning materials.</li>
<li>Contribute to, or lead the creation of, SOPs, playbooks, onboarding materials, and process documentation that improve consistency, adoption, and efficiency.</li>
<li>Monitor process adoption, engagement, and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of enablement efforts and identify opportunities for improvement.</li>
</ul>
Growth &amp; Marketing Support

<li>Enable sustainable growth across the Supplemental &amp; Group business by connecting strategy, marketing, and operations to achieve revenue and engagement goals.</li>
<li>Support partner and channel enablement, ensuring TPAs, agents, and internal teams have the collateral and tools needed for effective go-to-market execution.</li>
<li>Help coordinate integrated marketing campaigns and partnerships, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and compliance standards.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Compliance, and Technology teams to optimize systems and streamline workflows for efficiency.</li>
<li>Foster data-informed decision-making through analytics and insights that refine enablement and marketing efforts.</li>
<li>Serve as a connector and communicator between leadership vision and execution teams to enhance organizational agility and collaboration.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications &amp; Experience
<ul>
<li>H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent, required.
</li><li>Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.</li>
<li>3+ years of experience in insurance, project coordination, operations, or enablement roles.</li>
<li>Familiarity with process and operational enablement tools (SOPs, project plans, intake forms, etc.).</li>
<li>Proficiency in UX/UI design principles and research methodologies to enhance user experience and engagement.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable workflows and project plans.</li>
<li>Strong skills in internal communication, knowledge management, and stakeholder engagement.</li>
<li>Experience with progress tracking tools, knowledge hubs, or reporting dashboards.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.</li>
